President Joe Biden is once again in trouble for saying the “economy is strong as hell” a day after drawing flak from conservatives on social media for offering unsolicited dating advice to a young teen girl in California.
The president was asked if he was concerned about the strength of the US dollar in the face of rising inflation during a conversation with a reporter at a Baskin Robbins in Portland, Oregon. Where else would he be?

Yeah, maybe for him with all that money he and Hunter got from the deals they made selling us out to China and others, but for the rest of us, people are struggling all across America. Talk about a let them eat cake moment. “Let them eat ice cream?”
It’s unbelievable that he would make a statement like that. What president would say he’s not concerned when inflation is over 8 percent and gasoline prices are rising over $4 a gallon again?
Biden added, “Inflation is worldwide. It’s worse off than it is in the United States. So the problem is the lack of economic growth and sound policy in other countries not so much ours.”

That’s their excuse for everything. It’s worldwide, so don’t look at us. To dilute their own culpability or any situation, Democrats always try to include others to make it appear what’s happening is not their fault. Well, in this case, it is their fault. Joe Biden and the congressional Democrats have spent us in an inflationary cycle we haven’t seen for decades.
Biden made the remark right after calling UK Prime Minister Liz Truss‘s economic plan “a mistake.”
The Democrats and the misinformation fake news media spent four years claiming that Donald Trump attacked foreign leaders when all he did was respond whenever he was attacked, pretty much the same with everyone else that he spoke about.
But Joe Biden actually attacks foreign leaders in a mean spirited way. Not only did he attack Prime Minister Truss, but he also attacked the new Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni because she is a nationalist populist. Whatever happened to diplomacy where you congratulate a foreign leader on their election victory and you wish them well? Biden trashed Meloni because she’s not a globalist Marxist.
Biden has no room whatsoever to criticize other world leaders and yet here we are.
Well, wasn’t it the Left who caused the economic hardships their people are feeling by using COVID to lock people down, so people couldn’t go to work and earn a living, and they bankrupted businesses? Some of them to never come back?
“I was not the only one that thought it was a mistake,” he said. “I think the idea of cutting taxes on the super-wealthy at a time when — anyway, I disagreed with the policy, but that’s up to Great Britain to make that judgment, not me.” And yet he did make a judgement. And according to history, Truss is right and Biden is wrong. Every time the government cuts taxes across the board, the economy gets stronger and government revenues rise because of it. Biden lied when he made the old Democrat argument of “tax cuts for the rich.”
That’s another thing this president does. He tries to validate his own stupidity by bringing others into it, but he, like many other people on the left, never offers up the names of those who they’re using to reinforce their idiotic beliefs. So when he says, “I’m not the only one who thought that,” I really wish a reporter would just once ask him who he’s talking about.
As part of a three-state tour in the Western United States, Biden was in Portland on Friday to encourage voter turnout for the upcoming midterm elections. Before returning to the DC swamp, Biden also visited California and plans to visit Colorado, where he can spread more of his hateful rhetoric about the 74 million Trump voters.
His trip to Portland was especially noteworthy since Democrats could lose the governor’s seat for the first time in decades, which attracted the attention of the White House.
Since the 1980s, a Democrat has held office at Mahonia Hall in Salem, but two Democrats running — Betsy Johnson and Tina Kotek — may wind up splitting the vote, some analysts predict, giving the victory to Republican Christine Drazan.
Kotek is the Democratic Party‘s official nominee, but Johnson still has double-digit support in the polls and might be a spoiler.
On Saturday, Biden urged people to support Kotek.
She’s “articulate, tough, committed woman” Biden said at a reception for Kotek, according to Reuters.
I’m surprised he didn’t say she was clean as well. #EyeRoll
