Representative Elise Stefanik (R-NY), chair of the House Republican Conference, who got the position after the House removed Representative Liz Cheney (RINO-WY) from it because she voted to impeach former President Donald Trump, said in an interview with the “Fox News Rundown” podcast that the Biden administration is losing touch with the public on the economy. She also noted that a year prior, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain had claimed that inflation is a “high class” issue.
Actually, it was never a high-class issue because people with a lot of money dodn’t feel the sting the way that the millions and millions of Americans who are at the middle-class and working-class family statuses do. When you have enough money that you don’t have to actually travel to the grocery store to buy your food, you don’t feel the pain of Joe Biden’s inflation. Joe and Hunter Biden, with all the money that they got in those overseas deals with China, Ukraine, and other foreign countries by selling us out, they probably haven’t had to drive to the supermarket in over a decade. They have “people” who do it for them.

He is dead wrong. First of all, it’s a tax, and it’s painful for every American family, but specifically, the working class, people that already have very tight budgets that have gotten even tighter. So, it shows a growing disconnect between Joe Biden and Democrat leadership and the American people. And I don’t need the CEO of JPMorgan Chase to say we’re in tough economic times. I talk to my constituents. They see the interest rate hikes. They see the inflation. They see gas prices going up. People understand, inherently, that we are in a recession and they understand that Joe Biden is woefully out of touch.”
We all know that Joe Biden’s not with us most days. So you can just expect that his progressive handlers are telling him what a great job he’s doing, and he believes it. His wife Jill is probably in on the farce. I mean, what can you expect from a woman who knew that her husband was declining cognitively, but she wanted to be First Lady so badly that she pushed him to run, anyway, knowing he would look like a fool?
Inflation can only be created by the government spending too much money by adding money to the money supply without any goods or services to back it up on the other end. When more money keeps chasing the same goods or services, that’s when the cost of those goods or services rises. Joe Biden and the Democrats increased spending while we had a supply chain problem and a COVID situation where people were being paid by the government to not work. We had fewer products that were being chased by more money and that always causes the price to increase. Larry Summers warned these idiots, and they didn’t listen. Now the American people are suffering greatly while those high-class people still aren’t feeling the sting.
