Sam Brinton, a former nuclear official for the Biden administration who has been arrested three times for theft, will be held in a Maryland men’s jail pending extradition to Virginia on accusations related to the theft of an expensive suitcase belonging to an African fashion designer.
The non-binary person was accused of stealing the suitcase and repeatedly using the clothes within. This stunning and brave human being (we have to use those words because social media tyrants will ban us if we do not) is a lunatic of the highest caliber.

Inmates at the Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation are segregated based on their biological sex rather than their chosen gender on a given day. I’m sure the alphabet mafia will have something to say about that.
The stunning and brave non-binary person was accused of stealing the suitcase and repeatedly using the clothes within. And this person was in the Biden administration in charge of what we do with our nuclear waste, serving as the deputy assistant secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy. Did they even vet this guy?

“Although MCDOCR does not consider anatomical changes brought about by hormonal therapy to be changes that constitute a change of anatomical sex, the classification of an arrestee/inmate will depend on whether the arrestee/inmate has male or female genitalia, whether they present a management or security problem, and whether their health and safety can be ensured,” the policy reads. “Once an inmate is classified, they will be given a housing assignment based on that classification.”
They/them pronouns were used in the May 17 house arrest of the nuclear engineer and LGBTQ activist. He’s been charged with grand larceny for allegedly stealing a luggage from a Tanzanian fashion designer at Washington Dulles International Airport.
We reported back in November that the crazy person was charged with stealing a woman’s luggage.
From RPW Media:
In September, Sam Brinton, a senior Energy Department (DOE) official, was accused of stealing a traveler’s bags in the Minneapolis airport, just before taking a quiet leave of absence.
Brinton, the DOE’s deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition, allegedly stole a $2,325 Vera Bradley suitcase from the luggage carousel at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) on Sept. 16, according to a criminal complaint filed in Minnesota state court on Oct. 26 and obtained by Fox News Digital. Brinton had driven from Washington, D.C. to Minneapolis that day.
According to the court pleadings, after the suitcase’s owner informed police, detectives reviewed video footage of the carousel and identified Brinton taking the luggage before removing the tag identifying the owner. Brinton was seen using the bags on at least two subsequent visits to Washington, D.C., on Sept. 18 and Oct. 9.
