On Tuesday, Ray Epps, a January 6 participant whose removal from the FBI’s Capitol Violence webpage triggered speculation and anger that he was a federal informant embedded among protesters to encourage them to breach the Capitol building, was charged in connection with the Capitol riot.
If anyone thinks this is genuine, then I have some wonderful miracle supplements I would love to sell you. This is a stunt by the Biden administration.

Ray Epps was seen throughout the world on social media in multiple videos where he was telling protesters to storm the building. Protesters around him shouted “Fed! Fed! Fed!” while pointing at him.

The indictment charges that Epps “did knowingly, and with intent to impede and disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business and official functions, engage in disorderly and disruptive conduct in and within such proximity to, a restricted building and grounds—that is, any posted, cordoned-off, and otherwise restricted area within the United States Capitol and its grounds, where the Vice President was and would be temporarily visiting—when and so that such conduct did in fact impede and disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business and official functions, and attempted and conspired to do so.”

Is that not the shortest indictment you’ve ever seen?
Absolutely nothing is going to happen to Epps. In the same manner that the DOJ has recently indicted Hunter Biden on federal firearms violations, it is only to allegedly stall the investigation until the 2024 election. Then, regardless of whether Joe Biden wins or loses, everyone involved will get a pardon.
This must be how the DOJ, under the totally corrupt Merrick Garland, will play things out from now on. They will attempt to fool the American people into thinking they are doing the right thing by indicting bad actors while using the justice system to protect and shield friends of the administration. It’s amazing how close these tactics are to what the Soviet Union did to the people of Russia.
Epps is shown on video allegedly attempting to increase tensions between police and rioters, while he is also seen with his hands on a large Trump sign that the rioters had rammed into the police line.
A federal judge acquitted another January 6 participant who had his hand on the same sign, citing an ambiguous intent.
Epps is not charged with entering the Capitol; he was simply on the premises on January 6. But then again, the leader of The Proud Boys wasn’t even at the Capitol on January 6. Enrique Tarrio was in Baltimore when the riot took place, and he just received a sentence of 22 years in prison. He wasn’t even there.
Epps told the January 6 committee (privately) last year that he went to Washington, DC, in January 2021 as a supporter of former President Donald Trump, but that the conspiracy theories that followed tore his life apart. Nobody believes that.
“I never intended to break the law,” said Epps, a former Marine. “It’s not in my DNA. I’ve never — I’m sure you’ve looked up my record. I don’t break the law.” How come FBI Director Christopher Wray refuses to answer if Ray Epps was an FBI informant at the Capitol on January 6?
Epps filed a defamation lawsuit against Fox News and former host Tucker Carlson for implying that Epps was a federal intelligence agent. Of course, he did. And Dominion filed lawsuits against a number of people. That’s what the Left does. They make the process of the justice system the punishment.
The House committee that investigated the January 6 violence interviewed Epps, a Mesa, Arizona native, in January 2022. The interview was behind closed doors, and everyone with a triple-digit IQ knows that the January 6 Committee was nothing more than a “Get Trump” Soviet Politburo-style witch hunt.
