According to the Times of Israel, hundreds of Hamas fighters infiltrated Israel on Saturday morning, infiltrating at several places and overwhelming what the IDF regarded to be a very advanced border fence.

Children, women, elderly, they have killed many and captured others.”
He also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his support for Israel.
“Thank you to the Indian people and to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for your very strong moral support to Israel.,” he continued. “We will triumph.”
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed India’s support with Israel in response to Hamas rocket attacks, saying that India’s thoughts and prayers are with the innocent victims and their families.
“Deeply shocked by the news of terrorist attacks in Israel. Our thoughts and prayers are with the innocent victims and their families. We stand in solidarity with Israel at this difficult hour,” PM Modi wrote on Twitter.
