Ingredients:

- 2 cups stuffing
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 lbs potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Rinse the turkey and pat dry. Loosen the skin and spread butter under it. Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan, and pour 2 cups of chicken broth into the pan. Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 1-2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- For the mashed potatoes: Boil the potatoes until tender, drain, and mash with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Steam the green beans and carrots until tender.
- Serve the turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots, and cranberry sauce.
