Our dear friend, Nikki Haley, seems to have missed the memo that when Trump rolls into town, it’s showtime, and boy, did he put on a show in South Carolina!
So, let me paint the picture for you: Donald Trump, the man with the plan, didn’t just win the South Carolina primary; he owned it. Picture this—the polls close, and BAM, one minute later, Trump is declared the winner, scooping up all 50 delegates like it’s Black Friday and he’s got the last flat-screen TV. And the breakdown? Trump won with a whopping 59% to Haley’s 40%. In baseball terms, that’s a home run with the bases loaded.

Despite swinging and missing at every pitch so far, Nikki Haley, our former UN Ambassador under Trump and South Carolina governor, is still stepping up to the plate.
Haley, bless her heart, took to the stage in Charleston, about 90 minutes after the dust settled, and said, “I want to thank the people of South Carolina for using the power of your voice. No matter the results, I love the people of our state.” That’s like saying, “I know I didn’t get invited to the party, but I still love the host.”
Haley added, “America will come apart if we make the wrong choice. We need to beat Joe Biden in November. I don’t believe Donald Trump can beat Joe Biden.” Now, isn’t that a twist? Haley is playing the role of the concerned citizen, warning us of impending doom if we don’t switch tracks. But the crowd’s response? Let’s just say it’s been less than enthusiastic.

Apparently, Nikki Haley thinks Joe Biden really got 81 million votes in 2020. He got 81 million ballots.
The word on the street (and by street, I mean every corner of the Internet) is that people are more than just a little fed up with Nikki Haley’s insistence on staying in the race. The general consensus? It might be time for her to tip her hat and throw her support behind Trump. After all, there’s no “I” in team, but there sure is in “Nikki”.

So, as we watch this drama unfold, one can’t help but wonder what’s going through Haley’s mind. Is she the stubborn underdog who will miraculously come from behind, or is she just not ready to read the writing on the wall? Either way, you’ve got to admire her spirit, even if it’s leading her into the political equivalent of a brick wall.
If she doesn’t come to her senses soon, the GOP will ask her to turn in her RINO card and not let the door hit her in the rear end on the way out the door.
