The Democrats never admit when their programs and policies fail. You can cite statistics and real-world problems caused by their meddling, and they would say that it was better than if they did nothing at all. I disagree.
Despite dismal support ratings for the “Affordable Care Act,” Barack Obama and his staffers often indicated that people would adore the terrible healthcare plan if they weren’t so ignorant about how bad it was. Democrats never accept that the people just don’t want more of the same. It’s usually because they are too ignorant of how great the results of their policies are. In reality, it’s the opposite. They know how bad their policies are.

People close to Biden are afraid that the government won’t be able to do much to change the minds of stubborn voters who are living through an upswing but still won’t believe it. There is no upswing. The latest jobs reports were horrible in that they showed the overwhelming majority of jobs went to foreign-born workers, including illegal aliens. And most of the jobs were part-time.
“If half of the people think that unemployment is at a 50-year high when it’s actually close to a 50-year low, this is a problem of misinformation; it’s a problem of perception,” said Ben Harris, a former senior Treasury Department official who helped shape Biden’s economic strategy. “I think, unfortunately, it’ll have a major impact on the election.”
That’s the line the White House is taking. As they say, it’s a risky move. Let’s see how things work out for them.

The problem for the Biden regime is that they can’t gaslight people about inflation when they do their food shopping each week and experience for themselves the rising cost of things. What’s worse is that they won’t be able to stabilize inflation before the election in November. They have run out of time. To fulfill the Federal Reserve’s two percent target, inflation would have to fall by another percent and a half. That won’t happen in six months, and even then, the massive price hikes of the previous three years will be baked into the cake.
Voters are upset with the lousy performance of Joe Biden and his administration.
Biden is clearly in a tough situation. It is extremely difficult to change voters’ views once they have formed an opinion on a subject, and the majority believe the economy is not working for them. They don’t care about job numbers because, as previously stated, they are just headlines. They mean nothing to the average working American. What matters to them is what’s in their bank account, and Biden and his handlers can’t pee on people’s legs and pretend it’s raining.
