While self-styled Democratic nominee Kamala Harris pledged to defend “freedom, compassion, and the rule of law” to cheers in Philadelphia on Tuesday night, Hawaii’s Tulsi Gabbard described being tracked by teams of government agents in a surveillance regime reminiscent of Stalin’s Soviet Union rather than a free country. Whistleblower Air Marshals have come forward to claim that Gabbard was identified as a terrorist threat under the so-called “Quiet Skies” program, and the former presidential contender says she picked up on it.
“The whistleblowers’ account matches my experience,” says Gabbard. “Everything lines up to the day.”

She and her husband, Abraham Williams, faced challenges at airport after airport. Their boarding tickets were designated with the “SSSS” designation, which stands for “Secondary Security Screening Selection,” first on a flight from Rome to Dallas, then on a connecting flight to Austin, and finally on separate flights to places such as Nashville, Orlando, and Atlanta. The “Quad-S” marker frequently indicates that the traveler has been added to a terror threat list, and Gabbard and Williams were ordered to undertake extensive “random” searches lasting up to 45 minutes.
“It happened every time I boarded,” explains Gabbard. The Iraq war veteran and current Army reservist tends to pack light, but that’s okay.
“I’ve got a couple of blazers in there, and they’re squeezing every inch of the entire collar, every inch of the sleeves, every inch of the edging of the blazers,” she said. “They’re squeezing or padding down underwear, bras, workout clothes, every inch of every piece of clothing.” Agents opened the lining inside her suitcase’s roller board and patted down every inch. Gabbard was ordered to switch on all of her equipment, including her military phone and computer.
That was another unusual event. “I use my military ID to get through security sometimes,” says Gabbard, who, among other things, visited her reservist base in Oklahoma during this time. She once had trouble getting through security with her military ID. A Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent spotted the “SSSS” marker. “The TSA agent asked, ‘Why are you Quad-S’? You’re in the military,” says Gabbard. “And I said, ‘That’s exactly what I’m wondering.'”

The agent informed her that he had encountered followers of a specific past president who had previously traveled without incident, but were now “marked quad-S every time they traveled.” Gabbard shrugged and slogged through, confronting additional security. She claims that on one aircraft, there were “at least six TSA agents doing additional screening,” as well as canine support. “There were dogs in Dallas when we got there, dogs at a couple of the gates.”
She called a colleague, who said that These things happen; don’t worry. “So I thought, ‘Maybe I’m just being paranoid,'” Gabbard said. Then she watched this past Sunday’s report on Uncover DC, a website run by well-known Twitter writer Tracy Beanz. Uncover spoke with Sonya LaBosco, the Executive Director of the Air Marshal National Council (AMNC), an advocacy group for Federal Air Marshals. Former Marshal LaBosco, who revealed Gabbard had been placed on a domestic terror watch list, recounted a shocking story:
She doesn’t know that every flight she takes has two Explosive Detection Canine Teams, one Transportation Security Specialist (explosives), one plainclothes TSA Supervisor, and three Federal Air Marshals with her, according to LaBosco.
Gabbard was initially added to the list on July 23rd, and three Air Marshals began following her on flights on July 25th. As Racket would discover, surveillance was carried out on at least eight flights, with different three-marshal teams for each aircraft, as part of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) “Quiet Skies” program, which can physically surround them with human watchers. According to LaBosco, there are “potentially 15 or more TSA uniformed and plain clothes” at each gate for such tasks. Two TSA whistleblowers, one of whom was assigned to follow Gabbard, brought the story to light. Gabbard felt a sense of déjà vu as she read this.
“When I saw that, I thought, ‘Wow, okay. So everything I was experiencing was exactly what I feared was going on,’” she said.
Though plainly offended, Gabbard emphasizes that the most significant aspect of her narrative is not the difficulty or disrespect she has endured.
“This is not a woe-is-me situation,” she explains. Instead, “it’s bringing to the forefront how brazen the political retaliation and abuse of power continues to be under the Biden-Harris administration.”
The Democrats today constantly complain that anything they don’t like is a threat to our democracy. Besides the fact that we don’t live in a democracy; we live in a constitutional republic, the Biden-Harris administration is an Orwellian/Soviet nightmare. The Disinformation Governance Board. Vaccine mandates for experimental medicine during COVID. All-out censorship of conservative free speech. Forcing taxpayers to pay for student loan debt that they never signed up for. Allowing 12 million illegals into the country for their illegal votes in November. Lawfare against their #1 political opponent, Donald J Trump. And now, the Biden-Harris administration has sicced federal agents onto political enemies by putting them on terror watch lists, making it much more difficult to travel. I am so sick and tired of hearing these lame brains on the left complain about our democracy being violated when they have completely given up on democratic principles and the rule of law.
