A shocking revelation emerged this week that could spell the end of Tim Walz’s political career. A freshly discovered photo shows Walz holding a protest sign reading “Enduring Freedom Veterans for Kerry” during a 2004 anti-George Bush demonstration in Mankato, Minnesota.
What’s the problem? Walz never served in Operation Enduring Freedom, and his claims about doing so have been proven as a falsehood that has endured for nearly two decades.

Tim Walz has continuously portrayed himself as “a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom,” the US military mission in Afghanistan launched in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks.
However, it has been shown that Walz was never deployed to Afghanistan and did not participate in any combat actions during his military service. According to the Washington Free Beacon, his service was mostly in Italy, where he backed NATO forces, with no action in the Middle East.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported on a 2007 video showing Tim Walz fraudulently claiming to have deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

My battalion provided base security throughout the European theater, from Turkey to England, in the early stages of the war in Afghanistan. And that same battalion is now in Iraq at this time,” Walz told CSPAN in 2007.

Another video from 2009 has surfaced, showing Iraq War veteran David Thul addressing Walz’s staff at his Mankato office about similar accusations. Thul, armed with knowledge and facts, recorded the encounter and pointed out that Walz’s statements could be viewed as a breach of the Stolen Valor Act.
During the confrontation, Thul warned Walz’s aides that such misrepresentations may result in jail time.
Thul submitted information demonstrating that, while Walz served in a supportive function, he did not serve in Afghanistan or participate in any combat operations. One aide said she was “not aware” of Walz’s service in Afghanistan.
Thul then showed the 2004 photo of Walz, holding a placard that reads “Enduring Freedom Veterans for Care,” to another aide, who admitted that constituents could get the wrong impression that Walz served in Afghanistan.
Here’s a video showing Walz talking to an audience while talking about infringing on gun rights, where he claims he carried weapons of war in war, yet he was never deployed to combat.

What's more disturbing about what Tim Walz says here?
1. Gov. Walz never went to war yet clearly said he did
2. Gov Walz is a far left gun grabber#TamponTimmy #TimWalz… pic.twitter.com/P7gK6l5qbt— Mrgunsngear (@Mrgunsngear) August 6, 2024
The guy is a dishonest creep who apparently thinks so lowly of himself that he has to create scenarios where he claims he participated in things he did not. In the military, that’s called stolen valor.
