Rep. Rachelle Smit is a Republican Vice Chair of the Elections Committee in the Michigan House. She has seen the Democrats pass legislation in the last few years that makes it much easier for Democrats to rig elections, but the most recent is also the most egregious. That law makes it a crime to question election results, no matter how strong the evidence is that it was Democrats cheating the voters. Michigan Democrats are working hard to make it a one-party state, led by Dana Nessel and Jocelyn Benson.

We have a major constitutional crisis on our hands. No one should have confidence in their election results when Democrats make it illegal to challenge fraud. After this week, we now know there is rampant absentee ballot fraud going on in Hamtramck, and Dana Nessel knew about it.”
“How many other voter fraud investigations are going on right now with Nessel and the public and the legislature aren’t being told?”
“She’s the state’s Chief Law Enforcement Officer and it’s become clear that she’s part of the cover-up and whitewash of 2020 voter fraud evidence.”
Smit and Rep. Jay DeBoyer are both former Clerks and have taken a strong stand for election integrity, but they have been careful to only address instances where there is undeniable proof of wrongdoing.
