Students at a Brooklyn high school were thrown out of their classrooms to make space for over 2,000 illegal migrants who were relocated from a contentious tent shelter due to a huge storm approaching New York City.
Will New Yorkers remember that the Democratic Party did this to them come the next election? No, because they are morons.
Concerns that a big illegal migrant tent at Floyd Bennett Field would collapse due to torrential rains and high winds prompted the city to relocate them to the second-floor gym at James Madison High School, five miles away. They have no empty warehouses?
The school’s neighbors were not pleased with the last-minute choice. And why would they be?
“This is fu**ed up,” remarked a neighborhood resident, only identified as Rob. “It’s a litmus test. They are using a storm, a legitimate situation, where they are testing this out. I guarantee you they’ll be here for the entire summer,” he added.
“There’s 1,900 people getting thrown into my neighborhood, half a block from where I live and we don’t know who they are,” he told me.

One unhappy mother even yelled at the migrants as they arrived in a line of school buses in the pouring rain soon before 6 pm.
“How do you feel? Does it feel good?” the woman, only known as Michelle, yelled at the buses.
“How does it feel that you kicked all the kids out of school tomorrow? Does it feel good? I hope you feel good. I hope you will sleep very well tonight!” They will, thanks to your tax dollars.
A local man asked, “How do you feel stealing American tax money?”
The school announced earlier in the day on its website that lessons will be held remotely on Wednesday owing to “the activation of James Madison High School as a temporary overnight respite center” for illegals. The parents and students got a one-day notice that their academic career was screwed because we all know what remote learning does to kids. We saw through COVID how behind students fell. They lost over a year of education all because of TDS.
The decision to clear the migrants from the field came as city officials were concerned for the safety of the tent city, which was projected to receive heavy rains and gusts gusting up to 70 mph later Tuesday and Wednesday.
So, they were worried about harm coming to illegal aliens, but not American citizens, who would be harmed by this move. Amazing!
“To be clear, this relocation is a proactive measure being taken out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals working and living at the center,” said Kayla Mamelak, a spokesperson for City Hall.
Whenever a Democrat says “out of an abundance of caution,” it means they are lying to you because they can’t tell you the truth.
“The families are already in the process of being temporarily relocated and will continue to be provided with essential services and support,” Mamelak said in a statement.
Nonsense. The issue is American students are being forced to do online learning.
“The relocation will continue until any weather conditions that may arise have stabilized and the facility is once again fit for living.”
In other words, never.
By midday, officials had already prepared the high school for the migrants’ arrival from the five-mile-away airfield, with ten marked NYPD vehicles and a half-dozen Emergency Management trucks stationed outside.
“They told us we had to get everything out by 5 pm,” gym teacher Robyn Levy explained outside the school. “They sent us the email at 6 in the morning. I don’t know when we’ll be able to go back.” Remote learning possibly means no more sports or other extracurricular activities.
“What I want to know is why here?” Levy asked. Because your Democratic politicians care more for the power that illegal aliens will give them than you.
“Why not send them somewhere where students wouldn’t be disrupted, where students’ learning wouldn’t be disrupted?” Again, because your elected officials do not care.
Americans need to understand that the over 10 million illegal aliens that Joe Biden has allowed into this country are not just for votes. Millions of Americans have been leaving blue states because they were fed up and wanted to head to red states, where freedom still rings. Many blue states like New York, California, and Illinois, among others, have lost congressional seats because their population went down, as discovered in the 2020 census. And when you lose a congressional seat, you also lose an elector from the Electoral College. The Democrats are going to use these millions of illegals to fill the numbers up to get their congressional seats back, their electors back, and all the votes they can count on from people who are going to destroy our country. And the Democrats know this, and they don’t care.
The migrant movement began shortly before 5 pm, with more than two dozen school buses lining up at the field for the short drive to school.
It wasn’t the first time harsh weather caused problems at the 2,000-bed tent complex, which was battered last month by heavy rain and fierce 55-mph gusts that shook metal bolts and hinges away from the roof.
The powerful storm on December 18 dumped up to 4 inches of rain in the region, leaving migrants inside their tents afraid for their life, they told The New York Post at the time.
“The wind was so strong, it looked like the tents were going to give way and be blown apart,” Venezuelan illegal alien Reibi Rodrigues explained.
“When we told security we were afraid of an imminent collapse, they told us the door was open and we could leave when we want,” he complained.
“But where were we going to go?” How about back home where you came from?
City Hall officials claimed they had an evacuation plan in place and ready to go if necessary, but no water was recorded at the former federal airfield during the December downpour.
They also stated that they were ignorant of bolts and hinges falling from the tent tops.
The first migrants arrived at the abandoned Brooklyn airfield in November, after Governor Kathy Hochul negotiated with the White House for permission to build a tent city.
Critics were concerned about the isolated location, but municipal officials were frantic to find space for the thousands of migrants pouring into the Big Apple.
“I warned the administration that something like this would happen from day one, and they refused to listen,” Councilwoman Joann Ariola (R-Queens) told The Post on Tuesday.
“Floyd Bennett Field is entirely unsuitable for a tent complex, and how we are wasting taxpayer dollars to evacuate nearly 2,000 people when they should have been placed somewhere like the Park Slope Armory,” she added.
“This did not take a fortune teller to predict,” she went on to say.
“It was common sense.” We’re talking about Democratic Party leadership.
Since the spring of 2022, 162,000 migrants have arrived in the five boroughs from the US border, and nearly 70,000 are still in the city’s care.
The city also set up migrant tents on Randall’s Island in Manhattan and the former Creedmore Psychiatric Center in Queens, but stated Tuesday that both locations are less exposed and not deemed vulnerable to bad weather.
Adams further stated that the tents at the other two sites are “anchored” to the ground, whereas those at Floyd Bennett Field are just kept down by “heavy stones.”
The politicians in New York already filled up the hotels. They kicked war veterans out of nursing homes to let illegal aliens move in. Now, they are starting to kick students out of schools, and when they run out of schools to hand over to the illegals, they will force them into your homes. In Massachusetts, politicians are already asking for volunteers to take illegal migrant families in, which means military-age men. And what they’re not telling you is that after they volunteer to let the Democrats’ illegals live with them in their homes, they are going to find out it will be nearly impossible to get rid of them once they realize the illegals have a history of behaving badly in accommodations given to them.
