Recently, Democrat judges, especially the ones Biden picked, act like they’re in a contest to see who can crank out the most outrageous ruling to block President Trump from governing. These rulings are so bizarre that even Justice Kagan, who is hardly MAGA’s best friend, looked baffled.
What we’re watching isn’t normal law. It’s lawfare by judges. These rulings don’t even bother to pretend they’re legal. Their goal is to force Trump to wait to govern until his appeals reach the Supreme Court. That could take months. These Jacobins in black robes are making the process a punishment.
And then you get Chief Justice Roberts, a man who seems more concerned with how he looks to the legacy media than with upholding and defending the Constitution. God forbid he sides with Trump. Meanwhile, every single one of these rulings quietly builds the Democrats’ argument for packing the High Court.
Instead of jurisprudence, what we’re seeing is outright sabotage of a sitting president and his administration. These judges think that they alone have the authority to outweigh 77 million voters.
NBC News claims it spoke with a dozen “anonymous” federal judges who are supposedly upset with the Supreme Court. And of course, they hide behind anonymity because they are cowards who like to be hidden while they sow havoc on the country, kinda like ANTIFA soy boys.
“All 12 judges spoke on condition that they not be identifiable, some because it is considered unwise to publicly criticize the justices who ultimately decide whether to uphold their rulings and others because of the risk of threats.”

I seem to remember when conservative Supreme Court justices had violent leftists screaming outside their homes, frightening their families and neighbors, while the Biden regime encouraged more agitation by delaying any action to send police protection. And all they did was side, not with Trump, but with the Constitution.
To the contrary, these district court Jacobins brought all of this on themselves because they are issuing lawfare rulings that go against the Constitution to stop Trump from doing what he promised voters he would do if elected.
The Supreme Court is not about to twist a ruling just to punish a judge who complains in the press. The real reason is obvious. These judges dream of being nominated to the Supreme Court one day. They don’t want their whining resurfacing in a Senate hearing. They also know that admitting this nonsense on the record would look terrible. And let’s be honest, is it really impossible that some of these “anonymous” judges don’t even exist? Would the media ever make that up? No, of course not.
Then again, it is NBC News, so do we really know that there really are 12 judges? We’ve caught reporters in the past claiming anonymous sources when they simply wanted their attacks on Trump justified with some official weight behind them.
What this really looks like is the usual resistance operation from federal employees who think of themselves as Democrat foot soldiers. These are not neutral judges. They are political operatives with lifetime power.
“The Supreme Court, a second judge said, is effectively assisting the Trump administration in ‘undermining the lower courts,’ leaving district and appeals court judges ‘thrown under the bus.’”
Spare us. Federal judges have been leaping in front of buses for years, blocking everything Trump does to please their activist friends.
“The Supreme Court has an obligation to explain rulings in a way the public can understand, a third judge said, adding that when the court so frequently rules for the administration in emergency cases without fully telling people why, it sends a signal. The court has had strong left-leaning majorities in the past, but what is different now is the role emergency cases are playing in public discourse.”
Maybe the Supreme Court understands that those rogue judges already know the real reason their rulings were struck down.
Maybe these judges should stop granting every emergency plea the ACLU dreams up. When you keep issuing sweeping blocks to stop the President, don’t act shocked when the Supreme Court steps in to fix the mess.
And then, with zero shame, they cry that the Court moves too quickly or doesn’t explain enough.
“A judge appointed by President Barack Obama said that while the Supreme Court could do more to explain itself, some lower court judges had been out of line in blocking Trump policies.”
How about the fact that SCOTUS tells them in the rulings that the judges have overstepped their authority? For example, a district judge is only supposed to rule on cases affecting things in their district, yet all of these judges make national rulings against Trump to go outside their districts. They essentially are attacking the Trump administration nationally. There is no other way to see it, and yet the judges act like they don’t know this. That’s the infuriating part.
“Certainly, there is a strong sense in the judiciary among the judges ruling on these cases that the court is leaving them out to dry,” he said. “They are partially right to feel the way they feel.”
But, the judge added, “the whole ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’ is a real issue. As a result, judges are mad at what Trump is doing or the manner he is going about things; they are sometimes forgetting to stay in their lane.”
At least that judge told the truth. Some of them are flat-out unhinged. Trump lives rent-free in their heads, and it shows. This isn’t about emotion anymore. It’s a strategy. The Biden appointees are the worst of all, with no grasp of the law or the concept of limits, which is why the first true communist administration picked them.
“Judges in the trenches need, and deserve, well-reasoned, bright-line guidance,” a judge said. “Too often today, sweeping rulings arrive with breathtaking speed but minimal explanation, stripped of the rigor that full briefing and argument provide.”
These judges are the ones writing sweeping rulings at record speed to block Trump, and then they turn around and act like they’re the ones lost in the fog and blame the Supreme Court for a lack of guidance. How utterly pathetic.
“A judge who spoke to NBC News expressed frustration that judges’ role in the judicial system is being undermined by the Supreme Court’s frequent interventions, before there has been extensive litigation and, potentially, a trial.”
That’s the entire point of the SCOTUS rulings: to put these judges on notice.
“It’s very discouraging,” the judge said. “We are operating in a bit of a vacuum.”
The real vacuum here comes from district judges who act like stand-in presidents. Their role is to decide individual cases, not to issue sweeping nationwide injunctions every time Trump signs an order.
In Trump v. CASA, Inc. (2025), the Supreme Court held that federal district judges do not have the authority to issue universal—or nationwide—injunctions that block government policies for individuals who are not parties to the case. In a 6–3 opinion authored by Justice Barrett, the Court ruled that such sweeping injunctions likely exceed the equitable powers Congress has granted to federal courts. The decision clarified the limits of relief that judges may grant to plaintiffs, while leaving unresolved the broader constitutional questions surrounding the challenged policies, including executive orders.
I guess the Jacobins on the bench missed that one because they continued to make insane rulings against Trump, thus disobeying the Higher Court.
In recent weeks, Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch has openly called out lower court judges for what he sees as outright defiance of the Supreme Court’s rulings, especially those delivered through the emergency “shadow docket.” His comments stirred up controversy and drew a defensive response from some federal judges.
Gorsuch’s Warning to Lower Courts
On August 25, 2025, in a concurring opinion tied to a case over terminated National Institutes of Health research grants, Gorsuch faulted lower court judges for failing to respect Supreme Court precedent.
Joined by Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Gorsuch wrote: “Lower court judges may sometimes disagree with this Court’s decisions, but they are never free to defy them.”
He argued that the Supreme Court’s involvement in certain cases connected to the Trump administration “should have been unnecessary” and only became required because of “bad behavior on the part of lower courts.”
OUCH! What a slap.
To drive the point home, he pointed to a 1982 Supreme Court ruling that warned of “anarchy” if lower court judges refused to respect the judicial hierarchy. And these judges do not.
The irony couldn’t be clearer. Judges gripe about being pushed aside, yet they’re the ones cutting off litigation and rushing into emergency rulings. When the Supreme Court pushes back, they sprint to NBC News to air their grievances.
Strip away the whining, and what you’re left with is a power grab. It’s not the law. It’s a coordinated attack on the country, the US Supreme Court, the Constitution, and the rule of law.
Remember this: President Trump has gone 16-0 in the Supreme Court since he was reelected. And that happened during only four months. The Libnuts will say that it’s because the Supreme Court is biased in favor of Trump. The reality is that this court is biased in favor of the Constitution, and Trump, unlike these Jacobins and black robes, has been on the side of the Constitution for every case.
The NBC story reads like pure fake news, serving as cheerleading for lawless judges carrying out the agenda of DC Democrats, because they are powerless, and only because of their own actions.
