President Joe Biden apologized for referring to the accused killer of Laken Hope Riley as an “illegal immigrant.” Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump visited with the family of the slain nursing student ahead of a rally in Georgia.
It was only a matter of time, right?
Representative Marjorie Taylor-Greene (R-GA) confronted Biden during his State of the Union speech, yelling, “Say her name!”
The 81-year-old president mispronounced Riley’s name by referring to her as Lincoln Riley, which enraged Laken’s mother, who labeled him “pathetic.”
During his SOTU speech, Biden stated, “Lincoln—Lincoln Riley, an innocent young woman who was killed by an illegal.”
What most people did not pick up on is that Biden then said, “That’s right. But how many thousands of people being killed by illegals?” [sic]

We reported how Joaquin Castro (D-TX) took to social media and tweeted three posts complaining about Biden using the term illegal, and he went on to blame Donald Trump!
Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) stated, “He should have said ‘undocumented.'”
AntiSemitic Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN.) told the president, “Let me be clear: no human being is illegal.”
Biden walked back his “illegal immigrant” remark in an MSNBC interview that aired Saturday night.
MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart questioned Biden for calling Riley’s alleged murderer an illegal immigrant.
Biden responded, “An undocumented person. And I shouldn’t have used ‘illegal.’ It’s ‘undocumented.'”
Capehart asked Biden if he regretted using the term “illegal immigrant,” and he said, “Yes.”
Biden suddenly reversed gears, throwing blame at Trump.
Biden stated of Trump, “He talks about ‘vermin.’ The way he talks about these people ‘polluting the blood.’ I talked about what I’m not going to do. What I won’t do, I’m not going to treat any of these people with disrespect.”

None of that is true. What a bald-faced lie! Trump has never referred to “illegals” as vermin. He has said harsh things about people who murder in cold blood, but Biden is trying to make it look like Trump said that about illegal aliens in general, and it’s a lie. In fact, Joe has said far worse things about Trump supporters than anything Trump has said. Why does Biden always have to lie, and why do the media hacks always let him get away with it?
“Look, they built the country,” Biden remarked.
Illegal aliens did not build the country.
Prior to a rally in Georgia on Saturday night, Trump said that he was “deeply honored” to meet with Riley’s family and friends backstage.
“I met her beautiful mother and family backstage,” Trump told the audience at the rally in Rome. “They said she was like the best. She was always the best to us. They admit that she was the best, and she was the first in her class. She was going to be the best nurse. She was the best nursing student. She was always the best. She was the brightest light in every room, they told me.”
He went on to say, “She was the whole world to her parents and to her sister and just to the whole family.”
Trump also chastised Biden for apologizing for referring to the dead student’s alleged attacker as an illegal immigrant, prompting a chorus of boos from the audience.
Trump said, “I say he was an illegal alien. He was an illegal immigrant. He was an illegal migrant, and he shouldn’t have been in our country, and he never would have been under the Trump policies.”
“And Biden should be apologizing for apologizing to this killer,” Trump said.
Trump charged Biden with having “no intention of stopping the deadly invasion that stole precious Laken’s American life.”
Trump remarked of Democrats’ refusal to use the phrase illegal immigrants, “They have a new name that’s even worse. They have a new name. You know what the new name is? Neighbor. They want to call them neighbor. They want to call them another name: newcomer. A newcomer to our country. Are we going crazy, or what?”
