The special counsel looking into President Biden’s improper handling of sensitive documents released a report Thursday afternoon, which serves as the latest evidence of a two-tiered justice system where members of the Democratic Party are above the law.
“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” according to the final report of the special counsel.
In the report, special counsel Robert Hur wrote, “Biden will likely present himself to the jury, as he did during his interview with our office, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
Independent journalist Nick Sortor posted on X the “official” reason why the special counsel will not charge Joe Biden with having classified documents when he was vice president, something he was not authorized to have.

I will tell you what’s going on. The Democrats realized that they were not going to be able to stop Donald Trump from running, and so they want to get rid of Biden now before the election becomes too close to remove him from the ticket. For now, they will use the 25th Amendment to take him out if he doesn’t resign, and they will tell Kamala Harris she will become president in the interim, but she does nothing until she gets it cleared with one of Joe’s handlers, probably Susan Rice or Valerie Jarrett. And they are going to put Michelle Obama at the top of the ticket, hoping to pull off what I call a “Bob Torricelli” on the country.
Bob Torricelli was a corrupt and crooked US senator from New Jersey. As he was being investigated for accepting even more bribes, he was running for reelection, and his Republican opponent, Doug Forrester, was clearly ahead in all the polls because Torricelli was a scumbag. So the Democrats replaced him with Frank Lautenberg, who used to hold the seat, and they brought him out of retirement. They made the swap very close to the election. Republicans argued that New Jersey law says that you can’t replace a candidate within a certain specified amount of time leading up to the election, and this swap of candidates was within that time frame. The Democrats then shopped around for a Democrat judge who said he would allow it, and they replaced Torricelli with Lautenberg on the ballot. All the voters who were going to vote for the Republican then immediately switched back to the Democrat. I believe this is what they are going to do with Michelle Obama. I think they are going to court voters who are either on the fence or we’re going to vote for Trump because Biden is such a horrific president, and now that they have a viable candidate once again, they will vote for Michelle Obama. And they will do it because the Democratic voters still think of Barack Obama as their Ronald Reagan.
Here is Joe Biden’s response to the news that the special counsel is not going to charge him with the crimes that he so blatantly committed. There is not a word about the reason being that he is too old and no longer has a memory. It is one of the most sickening speeches you will hear this year, as he takes a victory lap while the entire country knows the investigation was rigged from the very beginning.

Meanwhile, the DOJ is still pursuing charges against former President Donald Trump for having classified documents. The difference between the two cases is that Donald Trump had the authority to have classified documents in his possession because he was a president. The National Archives knew exactly what he had, and they had no problem with it until Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer began making waves, and probably threats, to go after Trump. Trump’s lawyers were working with the National Archives and telling them that they were sifting through the documents so that Trump could declare what he deemed to be presidential records, and then they would return the rest. This is what every ex-president does.
So I guess the administration is going to argue that Donald Trump is also old, but because he has a memory, he needs to be charged, while at the same time Joe Biden is too old and doesn’t have a memory, and because of that he will not be charged, even though he had no authority and no right whatsoever to have classified documents in his possession.
And let’s face it, when you have CNN reporting that Biden is too old and has dementia, you know the orders went out and something big is going on.

We no longer live in a constitutional republic. We live in a tin-pot dictatorship where the party in power protects themselves from being charged for real crimes they have committed while going after opposition party members so that they can remain in power.
