On Wednesday’s episode of MSNBC’s “The Beat,” HBO host and comedian Bill Maher remarked that, while there is no Trump-Biden analogy, the Hunter Biden story “stinks to the high heavens. That’s real corruption there, that a lot of the left-wing media will not cover.” And claimed that if Donald Trump Jr. had done what Hunter Biden had done, the reaction would be very different.
But then Maher went on and said something that shows he is still in the loony left’s world of TDS.
“I don’t understand how they can equate this equivalency between Trump and Biden,” Maher said. “Do I love everything about Biden? No. But I just don’t understand how they can look at what Trump did — now, does the Hunter Biden scandal stink? It really does. It stinks to the high heavens. That’s real corruption there, that a lot of the left-wing media will not cover. But it’s nothing like what Trump did. There’s just no equivalency to be — you can say, whataboutism for anything, but…you just can’t tell unlike things apart, if you see that the same way. But they also shouldn’t cover up what — I mean, if Don Jr. had done the things that Hunter Biden did, it would be every day. If they found cocaine in the White House, whose could it be? Who does cocaine around here? We can’t figure it out.”
It’s just amazing how these people’s minds work.

But it’s nothing like what Trump did? What exactly did Trump do? Can we as a country finally dispel the myth that Donald Trump incited an insurrection? Not only did not incite an insurrection by saying, “And now we will march peacefully and patriotically to the capitol to let our voice be heard,” but he was never charged with insurrection. Even the dopes on the January 6 Commission didn’t charge him with insurrection. And that’s because there was no insurrection. And yet, we have dopey leftists in Colorado asking Colorado’s secretary of state to keep Trump’s name off the 2024 ballot over the 14th Amendment‘s insurrection clause.

A woman named Quinta Jurecic, at least I think it’s a woman, wrote a piece for the Atlantic published on September 6, headlined, “The Metaphor That Explains Why America Needs to Prosecute Trump,” with a sub-headline, “Worrying about the dangers ahead is a bit like focusing on the risk that chemotherapy poses to a cancer patient’s health.”
This person goes on to say that Donald Trump is a cancer to the country and that he needs to be removed. The writer talks about the phony indictments against Trump, all politically geared to keep him out of the 2024 race, but she writes as if they are not fabricated by Marxist prosecutors who wish to change our society to a communist authoritarian state by abusing the powers of their office to turn our justice system on its head.
She goes on to make the equivalence of the nastiness of going through chemo to the four indictments against Trump and that both are necessary to get rid of the evil that is being targeted.
But the most significant thing about the piece is that she never mentions what Trump did.
None of these people ever do. They stand up and plant their feet firmly in the air because while they make the accusations that Trump did all of these awful things, they never tell you what exactly are the awful things. And that’s because they know the charges against him are completely bogus and there are no actual crimes they can point to. They just know that the general knowledge amongst the communists is that Trump is a roadblock to them achieving their goals, which is to destroy the American system and replace it with their version of a utopian heaven on earth.
For example, Georgia’s Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis has charged Trump with a RICO violation. RICO charges are thrown when you claim a person committed the same crime in multiple states. So, Willis is saying that Trump tried to overturn an election in Georgia and he did the same thing in multiple states and involved a lot of people to help him do it, and therefore that is a RICO violation.
And it’s all pure hogwash. The real charges of RICO would be that the Democratic Party pulled the same crimes in all the key battleground states during the 2020 election by shutting down the counting process halfway through the night so that the Republican poll watchers would go home and the Democrats would stay behind and rig the election. Trump’s crime was he was trying to point their shenanigans out.
So, I ask again, what exactly did Trump do that is making the lefties wet their knickers every time they think about him winning the White House again? Communists abuse the justice system to take out their main political opponents and that’s exactly what’s going on here. Helen Keller would see it clear as day.
After decades of Washington political insiders campaigning to fix the problems Americans wanted fixed, and never actually getting around to it, Trump came along as an outsider who was never in politics in his life and fixed all the problems the uniparty establishment DC crowd couldn’t. And worse yet, he made it look easy. The establishment wouldn’t fix the problems they promised to eliminate because they built a lifestyle around those problems. They kept their power because of those problems. In some cases, they built their wealth on those problems. If they ended the problems that are causing real havoc in millions of Americans’ lives, then we wouldn’t need the politicians anymore. It’s like our healthcare system only treats the symptoms and not the underlying problems because if they do that, they put themselves out of their jobs.
By now, only the extra-chromosome radical woke Marxists believe Trump did something wrong, while people on the right, the center, and even on the left know he’s being railroaded. That’s why the Left cannot understand why Trump keeps getting stronger with every indictment that is announced against him.
ABC’s Little Georgie Stephanopoulos was flummoxed on why more people are being drawn to Trump as more and more charges are thrown at him. Leftists marvel at the fact that more black American voters are turning to Trump when they told black America that Trump was a racist for over 7 years.
The Left’s confusion speaks volumes about their own ignorance. Black Americans have complained about an oppressive government harassing them for years when they have done nothing wrong, and so when they see what the Democratic Party is doing to Trump, they relate to it. They understand when they see corruption and abuse of power. Leftists need to pull their heads out of their derrieres long enough to acknowledge that thinking the ends justify the means when it comes to getting Trump out of the way may be dangerous for them. If the Left continues this assault on Trump, they will lose any credibility they have left, and they are already low in that department.
But the Left won’t reign themselves in. Their mission is to get rid of the man who embarrassed them and politically set them back decades by making America great again. But the second goal they are working hard to complete is to send a warning message to other conservatives who dare to stand up to them that this is what their fate will look like too if they try to fight them.
