I am anxious to see how Judge Thompson worms his way out of allowing a new election in at least Maricopa County. After the admission by Arizona county Election Director Scott Jarrett admitted that the voting machines in Maricopa County were set to the wrong setting on purpose on election day. That proves it was no accident. The machines had the correct settings right up until election day. He should have been pressed to find out who ordered the change.
The precincts that had the settings changed are a revelation unto themselves. 17 out of 20 (84 percent) voting centers with machine problems were in DEEP RED DISTRICTS.
One week ago, the Defendants in Kari Lake V. Katie Hobbs squirm when we asked to inspect ballots (video below)
Now we know why… they intentionally used the wrong sized ballots to sabotage Election Day
This is bigger than Watergate.

Another fact that came out is that the precincts did not count the ballots before they were sent to Runbeck, a third party, which violates Arizona state law. Runbeck is a very liberal company that contributes money exclusively to Democrats. That means that, theoretically, Runbeck could add votes to the tallies with no one being the wiser. Why didn’t the precincts add up their votes? Because it would be too easy to get a vote count on election night and impossible to add votes later, such as the nearly 25.000 that were added after election day.
The 2022 general election ballots were 20 inches long, but on election day they were changed to 19 inches. Of the 113 ballots checked by Lake’s team, 48 were printed at 19 inches. What happens is the ballot is compressed and the ink does not darken and the selections do not align, meaning that the tabulators can’t read them. That was obviously done to suppress the vote in deep-red precincts.
72% of voters on Election Day were voting Republican.
Only 17% of the voters that day were voting Democrat.

They just admitted to the setup!
Kari Lake’s Attorney Kurt Olson: “Is it your testimony that the printer set changes that led to the so-called “shrink to fit” issue was that done on Election Day?”
Maricopa County Elections Director Scott Jarrett responded, “That’s correct.”

The sample ballot pdfs published by Maricopa County and the Runbeck-printed ballots used for mail-in voting were correctly made to 20” length in the 2022 General. So there have been no problems processing Democrat-leaning, mail-in ballots.
However, the ballot-on-demand printers used for in-person voting only have 19″ trays that contain 19” ballot paper.
This means, that for in-person voting, the official ballot image had to be compressed to fit on smaller paper than it was built for.
Compression causes the ink to be a little lighter than it should be and thus affects how the tabulators read the ballot.
The bigger problem, however, is that compressing the image skews where the ovals end up on the paper. The tabulators use a digital map to know where to look for votes. If the ovals aren’t where they belong, the tabulator won’t be able to find them or will misread them. This problem will cause the tabulators to improperly read ovals, or not be able to read the ballot at all.
This is what most likely caused the high rejection rate and why so many ballots ended up having to be set aside in Drawer 3 – which led to another set of problems, and a lot of delays.
We all know delay favors fraud.
There is no way that Lake does not deserve a new v0ote, but will the judge rule fairly or barely?
