On Friday, Joe Biden gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to 19 Americans.
“The diverse group of recipients ranged from political trailblazers like Representatives Nancy Pelosi and Jim Clyburn to activists like Opal Lee and Judy Shephard as well as Olympic swimmer Katie Ledecky and Oscar-winning actress Michelle Yeoh,” according to ABC News.
“Today we have another extraordinary honor to bestow the nation’s highest civilian artist of mine to 19 incredible people whose relentless curiosity, inventiveness, ingenuity and hope have kept faith in a better tomorrow,” Biden said in a monotone voice.
Biden awarded Nancy Pelosi the Medal of Freedom in recognition of her actions on January 6, 2021.
“She used her superpower to pass some of the most significant laws in our nation’s history,” said Vice President Joe Biden. “On January 6, Nancy stood in the breach defending democracy – Nancy is a brilliant, practical, principled, and determined leader.”
As Speaker, Pelosi was a disgrace.

The Washington Post acquired an advance copy of Sund’s book, “Courage Under Fire.”

“The FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and even his own agency’s intelligence unit had been alerted weeks earlier to reams of chilling chatter about right-wing extremists arming for an attack on the Capitol that day, Sund says, but didn’t take the basic steps to assess those plots or sound an alarm. Senior military leaders, citing political or tactical worries, delayed sending help.”
“Three days before Jan. 6, in anticipation of large crowds, Sund had asked that the National Guard be placed on standby. But his request was batted down by the two sergeants-at-arms hired by Senate and House leaders; Sund says he later learned the two believed that Pelosi would never allow it.”
Sund resigned a day after the riot when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi publicly called for him to step down over the department’s inability to secure the Capitol, even though Pelosi intentionally contributed to making sure security that day was a failure.
In the week leading up to and on January 6, President Donald Trump, multiple times, proposed deploying 10,000 National Guard troops to the US Capitol. Pelosi turned him down every time, as did Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser.
Trump didn’t tell anyone to riot. In fact, we all know that Trump called for a peaceful march. It was Pelosi’s inaction on security that allowed the riot.
She was too busy arranging for film teams to come and film her that day. Pelosi had that planned out ahead of time, as if she knew something significant was about to happen. Her daughter was making a documentary about the events that day.
It’s not by accident that these Democrats commit horrible actions and then abuse the powers of their office to cover up their wrongdoings, like Joe Biden awarding a medal to the woman who planned and hoped for a riot on January 6 for her actions on January 6. What a disgusting display.
