President Joe Biden said a lot of horrific things during his State of the Union address on Thursday. He yelled at members of Congress sitting in front of him and the American people throughout the speech. He even yelled angrily at the members of the US Supreme Court, who were right there in front of him.
Biden started out the night comparing Donald Trump to Hitler and went on from there to lie repeatedly about Republicans in the most despicable manner.
One such remark that was not so bad was when he referred to Laken Riley’s killer as an “illegal.” Laken Riley’s killer is an illegal alien. Biden got her name wrong, referring to her as Lincoln Riley, as he was holding up a button with her name printed on it, but he used the correct term to describe the animal who murdered her in cold blood.
The leftists on social media went nuts, posting their disappointment that the President of the United States would refer to an illegal alien who beat a young woman to death as an illegal.
Democrats prioritize feelings over and above respecting the law. That is true even when a 22-year-old nursing student is murdered in broad daylight while jogging on a popular trail at the University of Georgia.
Democrats are all over social media complaining that Biden referred to Laken Riley’s killer as illegal.

Joaquin Castro is one such problem. A Democrat politician in Texas, Castro, tweeted out a thread expressing his disappointment in Biden for using the term illegal when describing the illegal alien who murdered Laken Riley.

Leftists don’t get to conflate legal immigrants with illegal aliens anymore. Joaquin Castro has always been a disingenuous scumbag, but now more and more people are calling him out for it. He is an elected official, and he complained about how someone who murdered an American citizen was referred. As far as I’m concerned, the word immigrant shouldn’t be used for illegals. They are not immigrants. They are criminals. They are illegal aliens.
Castro then went on to blame Donald Trump.

He then blamed Trump supporters.

Our Founding Fathers used the term “alien” in the Constitution. An illegal alien is someone who decides to break our immigration laws and enter our country illegally. There is nothing wrong with that description. I don’t care if the use of the term hurts a leftist Democrat’s feelings.
According to Joaquin Castro’s “logic,” our Founding Fathers were extremists.
I’d say the extremism here is defending the indefensible. Castro is complaining about how a murderous illegal alien was called an illegal. That’s what he is, and no amount of crazy is going to change it. The people of Castro’s district need to do better.
Even Nancy Pelosi was upset that Biden called the illegal alien killer an illegal. She tried to make it seem like it was no big deal, but she admitted that the accepted term among Democrats is “undocumented.”
Nancy Pelosi is more concerned that Joe Biden called the criminal alien that murdered Laken Riley an “illegal” than she is about Laken Riley’s death.
