In Jupiter, Florida, a man has been arrested for posting death threats against former President Donald Trump, Senator JD Vance, and their daughters. Michael M Wiseman posted the threats on his Facebook account. According to police, Wiseman made numerous threats against Trump and Vance and obviously someone notified the authorities, who placed him under arrest.
In a press release issued by Deputy Chief Michael Barbera, the JPD provided the following details:
On Friday, July 19, the Jupiter Police Department arrested Michael M. Wiseman on charges of Written Threats to Kill after an investigation found that the suspect had made written threats on social media against former President Donald Trump and Senator J.D. Vance and their families.
JPD was alerted to the threats through multiple online crime tips as well as residents who expressed their concern in person. After investigating the reports and the suspect’s Facebook account, JPD detectives found that Wiseman had made multiple threats against Trump and Vance, who earlier this week became the Republican nominees for President and Vice President, respectively. Threats were also made concerning bodily harm to members of the Trump and Vance families.
JPD coordinated the investigation with the United States Secret Service and the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. JPD officers took Wiseman into custody without incident.

Wiseman, was taken into custody without incident on charges of Written Threats to Kill for threats he allegedly made on social media. Police said that their department received “multiple” tips about the suspect’s comments through online crime tips and from “residents who expressed their concern in person.”
Detectives at the JPD said that they found Wiseman had made “multiple threats” against Trump and Vance on his Facebook account. The suspect is also accused of making threats “concerning bodily harm to members of the Trump and Vance families.”
The news release said that JPD coordinated with the U.S. Secret Service and the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office during their investigation into Wiseman.

The Jupiter Police Department announced that 68-year-old Michael M. Wiseman was arrested on Friday for charges for written threats to kill.
Authorities alleged that Wiseman wrote threats against the Republican presidential nominee and vice presidential nominee on his Facebook account and also made to members of the Trump and Vance families.
The police department said it was notified of the threats, including bodily harm, by multiple members of the community.
Jupiter, Florida is about 20 miles, or an approximately 30-minute drive, north of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach.
“JPD coordinated the investigation with the United States Secret Service and the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office,” the department said. “JPD officers took Wiseman into custody without incident.”
