China‘s military sent 39 planes and three ships to Taiwan in a 24-hour show of force, Taiwan’s defense minister said on Thursday.
China’s military harassment of self-ruled Taiwan, which it claims as its own territory, has increased in recent years, with the Communist Party’s People’s Liberation Army sending planes or ships to the island almost daily.
China’s bought and paid for American commander-in-chief, President Joe Biden, will not do a thing to stop them from assaulting Taiwan in China’s efforts to take over the island nation and Xi Jinping knows it.
According to Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense, 30 Chinese planes crossed the median of the Taiwan Strait between 6 am Wednesday and 6 am Thursday, an unofficial line once tacitly acknowledged by both sides.
China’s raid included 21 J-16 fighter aircraft, 4 H-6 bomber planes, 2 early-warning aircraft and a mixture of support craft as well.
Taiwan scrambled fighter jets to confront the Chinese aircraft that flew into the self-governed Island’s southeastern Air Defense Zone on Thursday.

Taiwan said it tracked Chinese movements using land-based missile systems as well as military boats.
In response to US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi‘s travel to Taiwan in August, China’s military conducted large-scale military exercises. Foreign government visits to the island are viewed by Beijing as a de facto endorsement of the island’s independence and a challenge to China’s claim of sovereignty.
China conducted its largest military exercises against Taiwan in decades, sailing ships and flying aircraft across the strait’s median and even firing missiles over Taiwan that landed in Japan’s exclusive economic zone.
