On Thursday, Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House mouthpiece, said on MSNBC’s “Alex Wagner Tonight” that Fox News host Tucker Carlson‘s broadcast of video evidence from the January 6, 2021 two-and-a-half-hour riot at the US Capitol building, demonstrates he does not believe in “truth.”
This comes from a woman who is incapable of telling the truth. I don’t even have to provide any evidence because she has lied every time she’s gotten up to the podium to do her job. The question is, has she been ordered to lie every day, or does it come naturally to her as a left-wing ideologue? But I will give a few examples.
Jean-Pierre lied about the Biden classified documents search. She lied saying that the Biden administration has “done the work” to handle the border crisis when they clearly have not. Jean-Pierre lied about Biden policies being “fiscally responsible.” She lied when she said that President Biden has been to the border when he clearly had not. She lied to cover for Joe Biden‘s lies about the border being secure when thousands of illegals were crossing every day. In that instance, she tried to give herself credibility by saying that she went to the border (in 2018) claiming she stood outside facilities where the Trump administration was separating families, something every administration since Clinton had done because a judge ordered it. Even so, Trump ended that practice after lying sleazeballs like Jean-Pierre blamed Trump for being cruel to illegal migrant families while forgetting that past administrations had followed the law as well.
“Does the White House consider Fox News, a news organization?” host Alex Wagner asked.
“So, I’ll say this, when you look at the depositions that have been out there recently, it even states from fox news leadership, they do not see Tucker Carlson’s show as news or even truthful,” Jean-Pierre said. “That is coming from the Fox leadership. That’s not coming from me. That’s coming from them. And also would quote, paraphrase here, with the chief of Capital police said. He said when you watch Tucker Carlson as it relates to January 6, it is misleading. It is misinformation with the conclusion of what happened on January 6, the attacks that happened.”
She continued, “As you saw from the president’s statement, 140 officers were injured, nearly 140 officers were injured on that day. It was an attack on democracy. It was an attack on our Constitution, and you cannot whitewash that. Tucker Carlson cannot whitewash that. Anyone who doesn’t see with their own eyes what occurred cannot whitewash that. And so, the president’s going to stand with the police officers. He’s going to stand for truth. And clearly, that is not what Tucker Carlson believes in.”

Only a liar can claim that video evidence from government cameras are not representing the truth. Carlson had his video presentation corroborated by the Capitol Police and was not edited in any way, except for the usual editing out of nothing happening so that the viewer doesn’t have to sit through hours of looking at empty rooms. That is standard practice in the industry and is accepted, unless, of course, the videos in question go against the leftist narrative.
