According to Libs of TikTok, four Jewish middle school students at Manhattan Beach Unified School District (MBUSD) were allegedly attacked by another student. Following Hamas’s first unprecedented strike on Israel, the student allegedly stated, “Revenge is beautiful” and “All Jews should be killed.”
According to Libs of TikTok, the school investigated and opted not to punish the culprits, and the school ordered the victims sign a gag order to avoid further discussion of the incident.
Harmeet Dhillon, a conservative civil rights lawyer, tweeted out a message to the story that was originally posted by Libs of TikTok
“It would be a shame if free speech lawyers sued the heck out of schools abusing students and the First Amendment this way….”

“Other threatening and horrific comments were made by this same student to other Jewish students both in and out of class,” an X post from Lobs of TikTok’s said. “Unfortunately, we discovered vicious anti-Israel/antisemitic social media posts by the student’s father, so we know this hate speech is coming from the student’s home.”
Following many complaints, the leadership conducted an investigation and determined that the statements were political. According to the post, they concluded the inquiry with limited action.
The only action that appears to have been taken was compelling Jewish children and their parents to sign a ‘gag order,’ promising not to discuss the incident with anybody.
According to accounts, the student is still in school and continues to harass Jewish students. Of course, he does. Why wouldn’t he when nothing happens to him?
“They closed the investigation with limited action. Shockingly, they took action, requiring the Jewish students and their parents to sign a ‘gag order’ that they will not talk to anyone in the school, out of school, or on social media about the incident,” according to the tweet on X.
Believe it or not, the ADL of California congratulated the same school a few months ago on being a school with “no place for hate.”
But wait.. there’s more! Just a few months ago the @ADLCalifornia congratulated @MBUSDnews on being a school with “no place for hate.” Apparently some forms of hate are actually allowed.
Will the @ADL condemn this? Will they offer support to the students affected? pic.twitter.com/A4P74AN7RC

The most shocking thing about this is that the school seems to be backing a bully while trying to shut down anyone who is being bullied. If it had been the other way around, with Jewish individuals bullying a Palestinian student, we all know how different the conclusion would have been. Or, for that matter, any other minority, anyone other than a Jewish student, we know how the school would react.
What if Jewish students declared, “All Muslims should be killed?” Would they compel Muslim students to sign a gag order, or would they allow the Muslim students to go all Allahu Akbar on them? You never know these days. But in the end, we know exactly what the answer to that question is. No, they would never make Muslim victims of hate sign a gag order.
The world is twisted, and I, for one, would be pulling my kids out of that school while suing the living hell out of them.
First of all, I don’t think a school has the authority to create a gag order, get a student to sign it, and then enforce it.
Someone needs to ask the school why they were more eager to silence the victims than punish the students who made the hateful comments. Were they afraid of the Muslim students’ parents and community raging at the school? Were they worried about potential violence from the Muslim students and the community against them? Did they fear a series of beheadings at the school? What was it?
We have to ask these questions because the cowards running the school made the situation worse by siding with the Muslim students who were threatening the Jewish students, otherwise known as the victims.
