If Judge McAfee is an honest, unbiased Judge, Fani Willis and her entire office will be disqualified from presiding over the RICO cases against Trump and his 17 co-defendants. As it was, the judge had to send Willis for a timeout and then he dressed her down, warning her that anymore outbursts and he would strike her entire testimony. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis exploded in anger while on the witness stand Thursday.
Willis grew increasingly rattled as she was being asked by defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant about her relationship with Nathan Wade. She has now claimed that the investigation against her is racist, intrusive on her privacy (says the woman who demanded privileged information from Trump’s lawyer), and now it’s an assault on Democracy. All three of these strategies are directly from the DNC handbook.
Willis screeched:
“Let’s be clear, because you’ve lied. It is a lie! It is a lie!”
“You’ve been intrusive into people’s lives. You think I’m on trial. I’m not on trial no matter how hard you try to put me on trial.”
That will surprise the judge who called the hearing to put her actions on trial. Willis is angry because one of her closest friends testified that her affair with Nathan Wade began in 2019, three years earlier than Willis testified to. She says she is no longer her friend. What a loss that must be. LOL. Both she and Wade now claim tha5t Willis reimbursed Wade with cash for their travel. If you believe that I have a bridge you can buy for a small amount of money. It was only used by a little old lady on Sundays to go to church.

Fani Willis’ lover Nathan Wade took the stand and testified under oath that he paid for all the vacations he took with Fani Willis with his business card – and Fani Willis reimbursed him in CASH for expenses.
Wade made the admission during a cross-examination by Michael Roman’s attorney Ashleigh Merchant.
Michael Roman’s other attorney Craig Gillen grilled Nathan Wade about his sexual relationship with Fani Willis.
“I think it’s clear that disqualification can occur if evidence is produced demonstrating an actual conflict or the appearance of one,” Judge McAfee said in Monday’s hearing. “The state has admitted a relationship existed. And so what remains to be proven is the existence and extent of any financial benefit, again if there even was one. And so because I think its possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in disqualification, I think an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations.”
“I think the issues at point here are whether a relationship existed, whether that relationship was romantic or non-romantic in nature, when it formed, and whether it continues. And that’s only relevant because it’s in combination with the question of the existence and extent of any personal benefit conveyed as a result of their relationship,” the judge said on Monday.

During another tense moment on the stand, Willis maintained that she was not being a hostile witness and accused Merchant, Trump co-defendant Michael Roman’s attorney, of having interests that are “contrary to democracy.”
