In an unbelievable victory for the darkest side of humanity, a ruling in a case concerning New York’s COVID-19 quarantine regulations was reversed.
Following the conclusion of oral arguments back in September, the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division found that the state’s Commissioner of Health may issue quarantine measures to contain the disease.
I watched the plaintiff’s attorney argue their case, and she was the most articulate lawyer I have ever heard. She pointed out that the New York legislature has not created a power for the executive branch to do what Governor Kathy Hochul is doing: creating quarantine camps to place undesirables in to silence them, using the false impression of imprisoning them for COVID.
I hate referencing the Nazis because it is so overdone, but, folks, that’s where this is going. Substitute “concentration” for COVID and that’s what they are going to be. In the United States of America.
The plaintiffs “lacked standing” in their case that the quarantine regulations violated the separation of powers, according to the document. How could anyone living in New York lack standing when the power Hochul’s administration created, which was fabricated out of thin air, would affect them all? Did the Democratic Party of New York get to the court? Were threats made? Bribes? It seems inconceivable that they would rule in favor of the government having the power to remove someone from their home without warning, without allowing the accused to contact their lawyer, and without any proof whatsoever that the victim is sick.
This decision comes after a lawsuit was filed against Hochul and the New York State Department of Health.

Plaintiffs, including Senator George Borello, contended that the regulation restricts individual liberty and violates the principle of separation of powers.
The plaintiffs won their lawsuit against the Hochul administration, but NYS Attorney General Letitia James filed an appeal on Hochul’s and the Department of Health’s behalf to reverse the ruling. The woman who campaigned to “get Trump” is now in the business of “getting” citizens of New York.
Folks, this new power is intended to be used against New York conservatives who have “unacceptable” views. They will remove outspoken conservatives from their homes and lock them up for posting on social media against the Democrats in New York. I do not see this used for what the administration is claiming; to quarantine people with COVID. Since they removed the action of proving the victim of Hochul’s government has COVID, they could be held indefinitely in quarantine camps. This will have unimaginable effects on New York families, separating parents from children, costing people their jobs, and stigmatizing them by the government.
Senator George Borello took to social media to express exactly what is on everyone’s minds.
