We now know who was really calling the shots while Joe Biden wandered wildly around the White House, shaking hands with the air, looking like an old drunk searching for a bathroom.
As if turns out, it wasn’t Biden. It wasn’t even his handlers. It was something called an “autopen.”

Meet the Autopen—The Real Commander-in-Chief
An “autopen” is basically a fancy robo-signature machine. It digitally or mechanically reproduces someone’s signature, meaning a high-ranking official, or, in this case, someone pretending to be one, can “sign” documents without ever touching a pen.
It’s commonly used for things like mass signings, official government documents, or memos and letters. They are not supposed to be used to sign bills into law or executive orders. But in politics—where authenticity is everything—an autopen can raise some pretty serious red flags.
And now, those red flags are waving like crazy, because it turns out Joe Biden’s autopen may have been doing a lot more governing than he ever was.

And let’s just say—it’s not looking good.
“A Missouri Republican has called for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the ‘cognitive decline’ of former President Joe Biden.”
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey went even further:
“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval. If true, these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void.”
Translation? If Biden wasn’t mentally competent enough to understand what he was “signing,” then every executive order, pardon, and policy decision he rubber-stamped is potentially null and void.
And here’s where things get really interesting.
The “Oversight Project” from the Heritage Foundation decided to dig into every document bearing Biden’s signature from his time as “president.” And guess what they found?
Every single one of them—except for one—was signed using the autopen.
The only exception? The letter announcing Biden was dropping out of the race.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, remember when Speaker Mike Johnson said Biden didn’t even recall signing an executive order that paused Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) exports? That’s because he probably didn’t.
If Biden wasn’t cognitively aware enough to remember what he signed—or even that he signed anything at all—then who exactly was in control of the autopen?
And more importantly, what legal checks (if any) were in place to prevent abuse? Look what I’m asking. Nearly everything the Biden administration did was an abuse of power.

If Biden’s staff was essentially running the country behind his back, then what we had wasn’t just a weak presidency—it was a completely illegitimate one. This is very serious.
We’ve seen this game play out before. The GOP loves to write very stern letters and host very dramatic hearings while Democrats laugh and keep getting away with everything.
Our Founding Fathers did not create our system to throw politicians in prison. The system they created was for wild-eyed optimists who thought they could contribute to make America a better place to live. They never dreamed that a completely immoral man like Joe Biden would make it into the highest office in the land. Biden did a lot of damage to our country, and we went through hell every minute of those four years. But the Founders did have a remedy, and it wasn’t retribution or charging crooked, immoral politicians for their wrongdoing. The remedy for the Biden administration happened on November 5, 2024. After four years of hell, America has righted the wrong done to her, and we now have a much brighter future.
But that cannot be allowed to happen here. They cannot get away with it. This situation demands a serious investigation with real consequences. Running the country in secret while the president is essentially incapacitated is a betrayal beyond anything the Founders could have imagined. No more political theater, no more empty outrage on Fox News—it’s time for real action. Now.
Because, let’s be honest—at the end of the day, Biden had absolutely no idea what was going on during his so-called “presidency.” So, then, who was running our country? Americans have a right to know.
