This should be a top priority for Trump’s new Attorney General. Did Liz Cheney suborn perjury? It very much looks like she did with Cassady Hutchinson and the note she claimed she wrote. White House lawyer Eric Herschmann had previously admitted that he wrote the note before Hutchinson even testified, yet Cheney allowed and possibly prodded Cassidy to claim she wrote the note. That needs to be investigated and Cheney needs to spend a fortune in legal expenses.
The committee stuck by Hutchinson and allowed her testimony to stand.

Herschmann refuted Hutchinson’s testimony and has maintained for years that HE was the one that wrote the note.
The J6 Select Committee never contacted him to confirm the authorship of this note.

The Oversight Committee said:
“In the months prior to Hutchinson’s explosive private and public testimony, Cheney communicated with Hutchinson, both directly and through an intermediary—Alyssa Farah Griffin—while Hutchinson was represented by her attorney, Stefan Passantino. The Select Committee conducted six transcribed interviews of Hutchinson in total. Passantino represented Hutchinson for the first three interviews.”
The Committee hired a handwriting expert to analyze a handwritten note who used samples from both Hutchinson and Herschmann and he said that without wq doubt the note was written by Herschmann. Hutchinson committed perjury and they need to file charges against her. Liz Cheney alo. Let’s see how she likes being in the hot seat. I would give Hutchinson a deal if he can honestly say Cheney broke the law. Jut meeting with Hutchison behind her lawyer’s back, although not illegal it is unethical.
Stefan Passantino, Hutchinson’s lawyer says he was completely unaware that those meetings were taking place.
Passantino said:
“This is the first I am seeing of some of these texts, but everything here is consistent with what I have been saying publicly and alleging in the various lawsuits I have filed over the past 18 months. I am surprised and pleased to see the facts coming to light.”

Hutchinson began the conversation by asking about a previous discussion the two apparently had, and if Farah had “touched base” with anyone about it.
“Hey! Yes. So I reached out to Liz. She agreed to keep our convo totally confidential. She said she admires you, and could tell that you wanted to the right thing from your testimony. Her one concern was so long ad you have counsel, she can’t really ethically talk to you without him. But what she suggests is a follow up with you, with your lawyer thats he and Dan George can lead. Probably can do without other members and Tim Does that help at all? I can tell she really wants to work with you and is just tryin to figure out the right way to do it,” Farah responded.
“I mean, do you think this is actually of interest to her at this point or is it moot Like have they moved beyond it,” Hutchinson replied.
“Oh it’s very much of interest. She basically just wants to structure it in a way you are comfortable and wants to make sure it’s clear, if you speak to them again, it’s them asking, not you, so you don’t get in trouble with trump world,”

Hutchinson then described having trouble getting in touch with her attorney, before they discuss the prospect of leaking information to a reporter.
“My patience is razor thin,” Hutchinson said.
“Do you think your lawyer would drop you? I feel like you could represent yourself,” Farah asked.
“I never signed anything I asked several and he said it wasn’t necessary, that they had it taken care of So from a legal pov I’m not sure? But I’d assume??,” Hutchinson responded.
