During a PBS interview with Christiane Amanpour, Hillary Clinton likened the legal fight to protect unborn children in the United States to the mistreatment of women under the Islamic regimes in Iran and Afghanistan and the use of rape as a strategy of war by Russian forces in Ukraine in an interview with Christiane Amanpour for PBS.
Amanpour asked the former secretary of state on the “unfinished business” of women’s rights while previewing the Clinton Presidential Center’s upcoming summit on the status of women’s rights around the world, according to Newsbusters.
“We are also at an era where there is a lot of resistance and much of the progress that has been, I think, taken for granted by too many people is under attack,” Clinton responded in the interview Thursday.
“Literally under attack in places like Iran or Afghanistan or Ukraine where rape is a tactic of war, or under attacks by political and cultural forces in a country like our own when it comes to women’s health care and bodily autonomy,” she said.

Amanpour mentioned an effort in Clinton’s former home state of Arkansas to “make a woman’s freedom to choose illegal.”
Clinton stated that people had rejected “these draconian abortion restrictions” since the Roe v. Wade ruling in June.
These people are ghouls. How can they sit there on camera and make the argument that they want the right to kill their own baby? First of all, there is no right to murder your child at the federal level. What kind of people would fight ferociously for the right to do something like that? These are evil people. The 1973 Supreme Court lied when they ruled on Roe. They lied when they said that they found a right to abortion in the constitution. It’s not there. You can read the constitution, you can hold it up to the light, upside down, and you still won’t find it in there. It’s not one of the 18 enumerated powers found in article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. It’s just not there, and yet we have schmucks like these two out there every day saying a woman has a right to choose.
A woman doesn’t have a right to choose in other areas as well. For example, a woman cannot choose to walk naked down a city street. A woman does not have a right to take illegal drugs into her body. There are all kinds of laws that prevent a woman from doing something with her body. In many states, suicide is against the law.
“They do not accept them. They overturned them. They certainly want to limit the reach of the government into the most intimate, private parts of our life,” she said. And yet these two were perfectly fine with vaccine mandates where people were forced to take experimental medicine or else lose their livelihood. They were perfectly fine with people being forced to social distance and wear masks. Their whole argument about a woman’s right to choose what to do with her own body is nothing but nonsense.
Amanpour said, “It’s extraordinary in 2022 that this basic right of women, half the world’s population, is still at risk.”
What’s even more extraordinary is that these people have no clue what the constitution says and how it works. They make all these statements about rights and laws and they have no idea what they’re talking about.
