UPDATE: On Monday, the US Supreme Court temporarily paused the lifting of Title 42 so that the 19 states petitioned the Court for a stay on what would create an ocean of illegal migrants flooding over our porous southern border at a rate that has never been seen before.

Title 42, former President Donald Trump‘s immigration program, ends on December 21. That’s in two days as of this writing. It has been part of the Trump and Biden administrations’ border policies and management procedures since March 2020, when the COVID-19 outbreak began.
According to the American Immigration Council, President Trump utilized Title 42 in 2020 to empower US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to remove migrants seeking asylum during the COVID pandemic in order to “prevent the spread of communicable disease” as the lives of Americans should come first.
The Biden administration never had such beliefs about the American people and they’ve been trying to end title 42 ever since they got into office.
First of all, about 99% of the illegals coming into our country over the southern border do not have the right to seek asylum. They say anybody can seek asylum. That’s like saying anybody can rob a store and then we’ll deal with it later in the courts. In order to seek asylum, your homeland has to either be in the middle of a war or you are persecuted by your government and you had to leave. On top of that, international law says that asylum seekers must request asylum at the first safe country they come to. For all of these illegals that would be Mexico. The Mexican government has been known to help these people through their country to our southern border. Or at least look the other way.

A federal appeals court rejected a bid by several states led by Republicans to maintain Title 42 in effect on Friday. This ruling cleared the way for the case to be heard by the United States Supreme Court.
The problem as I see it is Title 42 should be shut down because the COVID pandemic is over. But the Biden administration has an obligation to the American people to replace it with another policy that will halt the millions of illegals who will come flooding over the border each month. And with Alejandro Mayorkas at the helm of DHS, it will be millions. Republicans have vowed to impeach Mayorkas for dereliction of duty.
Many people are worried about the impact of the policy’s expiration on the growing number of illegal immigrants at our border.
The Biden administration will admit additional illegal immigrants on Wednesday, when Title 42 expires.

Despite releasing thousands, CCTV showed ‘severe overcrowding’ at the Border Patrol Central Processing Center in El Paso, Texas.

El Paso’s Democrat mayor proclaimed a state of emergency three days before Title 42 ends.
The House Judiciary GOP Twitter account put out a frightening video for anyone who believes that we are being invaded along our southern border and that the people who are supposed to protect us from this are doing nothing to stop it.
And word has gone out in South and Central America that Joe Biden is waving them in. The message is clear. Come on in. We’ll give you a place to sleep, health care, and a phone all compliments of the American taxpayer. We don’t give a crap where you go. We don’t even want to know. Just come in and enjoy your new life compliments of us. By the way, vote Democrat the rest of your life.

The plan to destroy America as we know it is working as intended under the Biden administration.
