The establishment RINOs are in a tizzy because President Donald Trump has not contacted Nikki Haley and her Democratic voters to beg for their support. Politico describes the DC establishment cabal’s dissatisfaction with President Trump’s failure to contact them or seek their backing.

When Nikki Haley exited the presidential race earlier this month, she issued what sounded like an ultimatum: Donald Trump needed to “earn the votes of those who did not support him,” and it was “now his time for choosing.”
So far, Trump hasn’t chosen to do much for the sake of reconciliation after calling for the party to come together. In fact, he hasn’t reached out to Haley or some of her top allies at all.
Art Pope would know. The former chair of Americans for Prosperity, the anti-Trump Republican outfit that boosted Haley in the primary, and a top GOP donor who backed Haley himself, told POLITICO the Trump campaign hasn’t reached out to him.

But the lack of contact is indicative of rifts that persist even after Trump officially became the presumptive nominee this week. Trump beat Haley decisively. But the voters who supported her include whole swaths of Trump-averse conservatives who have suggested they may not throw their votes to him in the fall, a liability for the former president.
What does it matter when Haley’s voters were not going to vote for her anyway in the general election in November? People registered as Republicans who voted for Haley weren’t going to vote for Trump either.
It makes no sense that the people at Politico wonder why the Trump camp hasn’t reached out to them. But then again, they probably only published the story to plant a seed in people’s minds that it’s okay to be a Republican and hate Donald Trump.
But is it okay to let your non vote for Trump allow Joe the Meatball Head to get another 4 years to finish off the country completely?
Trump and his campaign folks are smart enough to know they shouldn’t waste time, effort, or money on people Politico says they should. It’s always hilarious to watch radical leftists give helpful tips to Republicans who they can’t stand on a normal day.
One of the reasons why Democrats and leftists hate Trump so much is because he lives in Realville, USA. Trump doesn’t like to waste time on things that don’t matter. The former president campaigns like a businessman. Everything to him is either a win or not a win. In business, you make decisions that will help you with your project and avoid things that will not. So far, Trump has had great instincts in politics. The people Politico is talking about in the story are in the latter rather than the former.
Another reason they hate him so much is because he is one of us. Though Trump is a multibillionaire, he has never lost touch with the American people, the class of people who worked for him building the projects he designed. He loves them, and he loves America.
Trump has never kissed the establishment ring of the GOP and asked for their permission to run for the White House. And they will never forgive him for it. Trump stands for empowering everyday Americans. It stands to reason that when you get the government off the people’s backs, ordinary people can do extraordinary things. And those in power who want everyone to know they are in power can’t stand that.
Another thing I liked about Trump was that he was the most constitutionally conscious president of my lifetime. He understood the limitations of the powers of his office, but at the same time, he understood the powers that were afforded to him through the constitution. This is why every time Democrats, leftists, and rags like Politico, the New York Times, and the Washington Post would claim that he was acting like a dictator, it was foreign to those of us who have read and understood the Constitution and Trump’s use of it.
It goes to say that every four years, we hear that this is the most important election of our lifetime. I’m sad to say that I believe that this time it truly is. I believe if we lose in November, you will see our justice system turn into a web of authoritarianism and totalitarianism, the likes of which would make a KGB colonel blush.
I believe the only reason the Democrats haven’t gone full Joseph Stalin so far is because of this election. I think that if Joe Biden wins re-election, the Democrats will do things to make sure that they retain power forever. That’s how important this election is.
