Republican Mehmet Oz (Dr. Oz) is within spitting distance of his radical woke Democrat opponent John Fetterman in the race for a US Senate seat in Pennsylvania, according to a new poll.
Released on Tuesday, a Susquehanna Polling and Research Poll shows Oz with 44% of the response of those surveyed, which puts him only 5% behind Fetterman, who is at 49%. The other 7% were either undecided or supported another candidate.
Oz is currently showing numbers that match up with a couple of recent polls that show he’s catching up to Fetterman and closing the gap. Fetterman did have a double-digit lead on Oz in several polls in recent months. This makes sense, because the more Pennsylvanians learn about John Fetterman, the more they realize he’s a total joke.
A Trafalgar group poll, one of the most accurate polling groups out there today, released a poll on August 21 that has Oz within 5% of the radical lunatic Fetterman. Around the same time, Emerson College released a poll on August 25 that has Oz only 4 points back at 48% to 44%.
Oz is now beating Fetterman among independents getting about 50% to 40% respectively with another 10% either undecided or are supporting someone else.
To show you how radical the Democratic Party has become, Fetterman got 87% of Democrat support while Oz has 78% of likely Republican voters. Nine percent of Republicans were either undecided or are stupidly voting for another candidate. Fetterman has a record of being very soft on crime and he supports radical leftist ideas and policies. That’s not your garden variety Democrat in the Keystone State.

Fetterman, being Lt. Governor, is on the state’s Board of Pardons.In fact, he’s the chairman. He was the only member of the board to vote to commute Wayne Covington’s sentence. Covington was sentenced to life in prison because he shot and killed an 18-year old for money to buy heroin. Fetterman wants this guy released from prison. His answer was to legalize heroin. This would be like if someone kills a vehicle owner during a carjacking, Fetterman would argue we should legalize carjacking.
Fetterman has come out to legalize the use of heroin and to have government (read you) pay for government-sanctioned drug dens so the drug addicts have a place to go.
Under Fetterman’s leadership on the Board of Pardons, recommendations for clemency for murderers has risen to shocking levels.

Pennsylvania’s Board of Pardons has recommended a staggering number of commutations for prisoners serving life sentences under the direction of Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, the state’s Democrat nominee for U.S. Senate.
In his position as lieutenant governor, Fetterman heads the five-person Board of Pardons, and as the Philadelphia Inquirer has previously pointed out, recommendations for commutations of life sentences have skyrocketed since he assumed office in January 2019. From March 2019 through April 2022, the board sent at least 46 commutation recommendations to Gov. Tom Wolf (D).
Fetterman also said that he really believes that if Pennsylvania let a third of prisoners out and back on the streets, it would “not make anyone less safe” than if those same people remained in prison. My God, and this guy now wants to be a US Senator representing my home state.
John Fetterman would be a Yes vote for every radical, costly program Joe Biden proposes with no thought to the harm it would do to Pennsylvanians. That’s why he is openly saying he will vote to end the filibuster rule in the Senate so that the Democrats can shove any spending program down America’s throat.
The Susquehanna poll sampled 718 likely voters from August 22-28 with a margin of error of + or – 3.7%.
