The FBI and the entire Democratic party could be in deep trouble according to the latest filing by Igor Danchenko’s lawyers. This will once and for all prove beyond a shadow of a doubt prove that Democrats lied about the entire Russian collusion hoax in January of 2017. They also knew that Serge Millian had nothing to do with the dossier but they framed him and destroyed his life. I smell a major lawsuit coming on.
The trial against Danchenko is set to begin in October. That is unless the judge tosses out the case due to dishonesty by the FBI and DOJ. Assistant special counsel Andrew DeFilippis withdrew from the case, which is a good thing considering how badly he did on the Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann and FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith. Maybe this time the truth will win out.
Recall, Steele’s main source, Igor Danchenko was arrested by the FBI in November 2021 on five counts of lying to the feds. TGP broke the story that Danchenko was the primary source for the Steele dossier in June of 2020.
Those who were investigating President Trump in connection with Russian collusion wanted to know the identity of the main source of the Steele dosier. That would be Danchenko.

Danchenko’s lawyers filed are well reasoned motion to dismiss. Doing this is routine and the judge won’t dismiss but Danchenko’s arguments are a huge problem for Durham. Eg the FBI had the smoking gun emails to Millian in Jan 2017. FBI knew it was a hoax.
These are the emails. They prove that Danchenko’s timeline to the FBI was screwed up, that Danchenko never talked to Sergei Millian and that Sergei was set up. Sergei had NOTHING to do with the dossier and the FBI KNEW IT IN JAN 2017. Yet Sergei’s life was destroyed.
