NYT Labels Hispanics as the White Supremacists

The Maxine Waters of journalism, Charles M. Blow says that Hispanics are quickly becoming the new white supremacists. He is basing it solely on the Los Angeles City Council (LACC) meeting and its racist mindset.

But, he could be right. We have long known that liberal whites are racist against Blacks, so why not liberal Hispanics? Why should Joe Biden have all the fun? The four council members caught making racist comments about Blacks are all Hispanic.

Los Angeles County Federation of Labor president Ron Herrera and L.A. Council members Nury Martinez, Kevin de León, and Gil Cedillo were the ones making the comments during a discussion about redistricting held at a labor federation office.

The New York Post reported:

“The officials were discussing how to maintain political power in the city’s Latino communities when Martinez reportedly called the black son of white colleague Mike Bonin a ‘little monkey’ in Spanish and referred to her fellow Democrat — who is gay — as a ‘little b***h,” while offering to give his adopted son a ‘beatdown.'”

The Los Angeles Times reported:

“Martinez also mocked Oaxacans and said ‘F*** that guy … He’s with the blacks’ while speaking about Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. George Gascón.”

“‘I see a lot of little short dark people,’ Martinez said of that section of Koreatown, employing stereotypes long used against Oaxacans in Mexico and in the United States.” 

Blow was trying to tie the movement of Hispanics to the GOP to white GOP supremacy. But, is that really what the shifting party lines is really all about? I don’t think so and I believe a better explanation is that most Hispanics come from countries ruled by communists and as the Democratic party climbs into bed with communist dictators, Hispanic voters can see what is coming and they are determined to head it off at the pass.

Democrats have tried to make abortion the game changer in the election, but many Hispanics are Catholic and abortion on demand is not high on their priority list. But, what they do see is the progressive FBI and DOJ arresting and jailing people for their religious beliefs and it brings back memories of when they lived under the communists and it scares them. As well it should.

Lastly, many Hispanics stood in line and followed the law to move here and then become citizens and they resent Democrats bringing in illegals by the millions and trying to give them automatic citizenship. It just does not seem fair to them, especially when their hard-earned taxes support the illegals.

Herrera and Martinez resigned, but León and Cedillo have retained their positions on the Los Angles city council.

The New York Times opinion writer claimed that the incident was indicative of a future where Hispanic Americans could engage in white supremacy.

“It is a theory that worries me and that I have written about: that with the browning of America, white supremacy could simply be replaced by — or buffeted by — a form of ‘lite’ supremacy, in which fairer-skin people perpetuate a modified anti-blackness rather than eliminating it,” Blow penned in the New York Times.
