Cochise County has already announced that they will not certify the election in their county until they have done a hand recount. Now, Mohave County is withholding its certification as well, citing “Statutory Violations”. This comes on the heels of the Deputy AG’s letter to Maricopa County whom she accused of “Statutory Violations”. Both counties have set November 28th as the date they will certify their results. Both counties are heavily Republican counties.
The two Republican supervisors in Cochise County voted for the delay after it was learned that the machines were not certified. State Elections Director Kori Lorick, is unhappy that Republicans do not trust Democrats and she vows to bring legal action if they do not certify in time. But, what if the counts are way off? Would they then refuse to certify the original election results and if they do, would Lorick still take legal action?
And if the vote is way off would other counties decide to do hand counts? And if that is the case could lawsuits be brought against Maricopa and Pinal counties to force a hand count there? And who has the most clout? Lorick or the Deputy AG? Certainly, a case could be made that the elections in Maricopa County were irreparably tainted. That is an undeniable fact. And will Maricopa try to delay any action by the AG’s office until the Democrats are firmly in place> History says they will at least try.

The delays come as the office of state Attorney General Mark Brnovich on Saturday ordered Maricopa County officials to submit a report on its handling of the November 8 election.
The letter said there is evidence, including first-hand witness accounts, of “statutory violations” in the contest, which is overseen by Katie Hobbs as Secretary of State. Hobbs is the projected winner of the Arizona gubernatorial contest against Republican candidate Kari Lake.
VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNELAssistant Attorney General Jennifer Wright wrote in the letter that “Arizonans deserve a full report and accounting of the myriad problems that occurred in relation to Maricopa County’s administration of the 2022 General Election.” She added that these issues relate to the county’s “ability to lawfully certify election results” and ordered a response “before Maricopa County submits its official canvass to the Secretary of State, which must occur on or before November 28.”
Wright said:
“Maricopa County appears to have failed to adhere to the statutory guidelines in segregating, counting, tabulating, tallying, and transporting the ‘Door 3’ ballots. In fact, Maricopa County has admitted that in some voting locations, ‘Door 3’ non-tabulated ballots were commingled with tabulated ballots at the voting location.”
Printers in at least 70 of the county’s 223 polling locations printed ballots with ink too light to be read. This caused long lines and many people probably gave up some went to another polling place where they were forced to fill out provisional ballots which I suspect were never counted. And remember, most of the polling stations that were affected were heavily Republican precincts. This was voter suppression at its worst. Why have the errors always favored Democrats? Don’t you believe for a minute that it’s merely coincidental, because it’s not.
The tabulators in Maricopa County worked 100% of the time during an early voting season that heavily favors the @azdemparty.
They worked just 52% of the time on Election Day for the @AZGOP.
Maricopa Country consists of 62% of Arizona.
