Kari Lake’s legal team approached Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer with two concerns.
Lake’s case regarding the 2022 Maricopa County Election is currently being heard in court. The trial will take place in Arizona today and tomorrow.
This morning, Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer took the stand. Richer was grilled on a few points during questioning, and his responses were very concerning.

On Friday, RAV reporter Ben Bergquam drove several miles following a Penske truck after it left the Maricopa Election Center for Runbeck. The gate was shut behind the truck once it reached that facility. Nobody can see inside the facility’s parking lot due to the fence.

After that, the election is conducted behind closed doors with no partisan observers. Now you don’t have to be accused of being an election denier to ask questions about this. Up until about 5 minutes ago, we used to have free speech that would allow us to question the tactics that the Democrats use for this vote counting scheme they got going on.
Furthermore, the Maricopa County folks are not forthcoming with answers.
