The Biden administration has stated that President Joe Biden would veto H.R. 734, which attempts to protect female athletes against transgender athletes.
If Democrats cared at all for American females, they would create transgender leagues for sports, but they instead want to disrupt American girls and women’s lives by forcing them to compete against biological males who have an indisputable advantage over female athletes.
Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) proposed H.R. 734, better known as “The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act,” and is expected to come to vote in the House this week. The bill seeks to prevent biological males from participating in women’s sports. H.R. 734 will amend Title IX to recognize sex as “based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.”
The measure was previously adopted by the House Education and Workforce Committee, 24-17, with Democrats voting no and every Republican voting yes.

VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNELThe Biden administration addressed the issue by emphasizing “elementary schoolers” who would lose out on gaining “life skills” if the measure passed. “Politicians should not dictate a one-size-fits-all requirement that forces coaches to remove kids from their teams.”
What about the elementary schoolers who are losing out because biological males are stealing their birthright opportunities from them? Biden and his band of woke ideologues don’t seem to even consider girls or women. I hope American women remember this assault on them come 2024.
The statement mentioned a “nationwide mental health crisis” faced by transgender adolescents, who would be further ostracized as a result of such legislation. “Discrimination has no place in our nation’s schools or on our playing fields.”
What about discrimination against biological female athletes? By forcing female athletes who have competed against other female athletes since the dawn of sports to now compete against biological male athletes, you are discriminating against them.
Furthermore, the administration blamed Congressional Republicans for prioritizing policies that “discriminate against children” over “pressing issues” such as “raising teacher pay, keeping guns out of schools, addressing the mental health crisis our youth face, and helping students learn and recover academically from unprecedented disruptions.”
The statement, however, neglected to address challenges encountered by female athletes as a result of the participation of males in contests, which has traditionally never been permitted owing to the biological advantages males hold.
H.R. 734 is a direct challenge to the Biden administration’s Department of Education’s (DOE) newly proposed Title IX rule, which seeks to make school policies illegal if they “categorically ban transgender students from participating on sports teams consistent with their gender identity just because of who they are.”
The regulation is presently available for public comment.
In an April 6 news release, Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC), chairperson of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce and an initial co-sponsor of H.R. 734, attacked the DOE’s proposed regulation.
“At the hands of the Biden administration, Americans are witnessing a major shift in the country, where woke, far Left politics is advancing inequality and unfairness,” she said in a statement.
“This proposed rule takes a totally perverse interpretation of Title IX that completely ignores the biological differences between boys and girls, men and women.”
According to an April 17 news release, Caroline Medina, director of LGBTQI+ Policy at American Progress, a nonpartisan policy center, H.R. 734 is a “discriminatory bill” that would affect transgender kids and the civil rights of all students.
“The effort to exclude transgender and intersex youth from participating in athletic programs in schools is part of a larger, coordinated campaign by MAGA extremists to attack and erase the identity of transgender and other LGBTQI+ kids in schools and beyond,” she said.
Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona spoke before the House Appropriations Committee on Tuesday to defend the department’s proposed new Title IX regulation. When Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) pressed Cardona on “what is a woman,” the Secretary of Education did not respond directly.
“Our focus at the department is to provide equal access to students, including students who are LGBTQ, access free from discrimination,” Cardona added. Clyde got no response after continuously asking Cardona to characterize a lady.
Rep. Burgess Owens (R-Utah), a former professional athlete with the NFL’s New York Jets, cautions that permitting biological males to play in women’s sports has long-reaching consequences that go well beyond a “game.” According to him, many females depend on sports scholarships to attend college.
“We should not allow biological men to steal from women and girls their spot on a sports team. We need more people with old-school courage to stand up and say as much … You can’t let young girls continue to suffer just to stay on the safe side of political correctness.”
