On Friday, former President Donald Trump’s campaign put out a furious commercial attacking prosecutors seeking cases against him as “The Fraud Squad” acting as President Joe Biden‘s personal political attack force. It is election interference at its finest and America cannot allow them to get away with it.
The Democrats politicized the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI years ago, but now, just about every federal agency is corrupt, thanks to presidents like Bill Clinton (Ruby Ridge, Waco, Whitewater investigation), Barack Obama (Operation Fast and Furious, Spying on journalists, The Pigford scandal, NSA spying scandal, VA death list scandal, and Operation Crossfire Hurricane just to name a few), and now Joe Biden where just about everything he does is a scandal. The Biden administration has weaponized federal law enforcement to go after their political enemies.
“How far will the most corrupt president in history go to keep Republicans from winning back the White House?” At the top of the advertisement, a narrator says. “Meet the cast of unscrupulous accomplices he’s assembled to get Trump.”
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Special Counsel Jack Smith, New York Attorney General Letitia James, and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis appear in the video. According to a Trump adviser, it will air on television in Washington, DC, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia. Notably, it is in these markets that the majority of the legal action is taking place.
Bragg is described as a “radical liberal New York prosecutor who refuses to prosecute violent criminals” by the presenter in the clip. Bragg’s office is investigating the 45th president on 34 allegations of falsifying company records. Legal experts and even of Trump’s harshest critics have questioned the case’s premise.
Smith has led two investigations into Trump, one into the confidential information he reportedly took to Mar-a-Lago at the end of his presidency, and the other into the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. Both investigations resulted in indictments. According to the Trump campaign film, he “has made a career persecuting innocent Republican officials.”

Notably, Smith oversaw an inquiry of former Virginia Republican Governor Bob McDonnell. Prosecutors won the case and convicted McDonnell on corruption charges that were later overturned by the Supreme Court. According to Politico, Chief Justice John Roberts said in his judgment that “this case is distasteful,” adding that “it may be worse than that.”
Smith has recently indicted Trump on January 6 charges and he based his entire case on the claim that Donald Trump knew he lost the 2020 election and tried to steal it. He bases his argument on the fact that Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) told Trump that 2020 was the most pristine election of our history. But then the Twitter Files happened when Twitter (X)’s new owner, Elon Musk, ordered the data dumps of Twitter’s documents that, among many other incredibly awful things, showed that the very same agency was involved in forcing social media companies to censor free speech. Smith is charging Trump with the crime of lying, which isn’t a crime at all. Even the US Supreme Court has already ruled that if a politician lies, it is protected speech. But Trump didn’t lie. He still believes the 2020 election was stolen from him and so do I and at least 74 million other American voters. And to make matters worse, if Smith can get away with charging Trump with lying, then Jack Smith himself can be charged for lying in his own indictment. In Smith’s indictment, he added Trump’s January 6 speech to show that Trump intended to incite a riot, but he intentionally edited out when Trump said, “And now, we will march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol to let our voices be heard.” Jack Smith lied in his indictment of Trump lying about losing the 2020 election. You can’t make this stuff up.
James is pursuing a $250 million case against Trump and his two eldest sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, and announced last week that it “is ready for trial.” The advertising emphasizes that James campaigned on a promise to sue Trump.
The ad then refers to Willis, who many expect will file charges against the 45th president, charging he meddled in the 2020 election, labeling her “Biden’s newest lackey.”
