Extreme left On Saturday, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) was photographed pulling the fire alarm at the House office building as Democrats attempted to obstruct a vote on a Republican-backed stopgap spending plan.
Alarms were heard in the US Capitol building, according to a video capture.
Bowman was captured on camera, setting off the alarm.
According to the New York Post, several witnesses are said to have confirmed the incident.

Representative Nicol Malliotakis (R-NY) took to social media to express her disgust.

The Democrat congressman’s activities could land him in prison for up to 17 years, but that would be if we lived in a just world where the Department of Justice and the FBI hadn’t been thoroughly corrupted by people just as corrupt as Bowman.
Bowman, according to a spokesman, “did not realize he would trigger a building alarm.” Yeah, and I’m the Pope.
She said, “The Congressman regrets any confusion.”
If what he is saying is true, then he is the dumbest member of Congress, and that’s saying something. He would be dumber than AOC. He would actually be dumber than Representative Hank Johnson (Dumbass-GA) who thinks the island of Guam would tip over if we added more military personnel to the island. He’s laughing at Bowman.
Here’s the kicker. Jamaal Bowman started a school called Cornerstone Academy For Social Action, a Bronx middle school focused on unlocking the natural brilliance of all children through a holistic curriculum, where he served as principal for a decade. One of the rules of the academy is suspension for pulling an alarm without just cause.

Bowman did this to obstruct the proceedings of Congress, trying to avert a shutdown.
The January 6 defendants have been sitting in jail for over two years under some of the most despicable conditions, and some of them were tried, convicted, and sentenced to 10 to 20+ years for obstructing a Congressional procedure. The penalty for pulling a fire alarm inside Congress is 17 years in prison. We know nothing like that will happen, but he should at least be expelled from Congress.
