On Monday, President Joe Biden signed an executive order requiring Big Tech businesses researching artificial intelligence (AI) to include extreme Marxist philosophy in their products. It was 100% unlawful because the executive order is not backed by any power given to the president in either the Constitution or by the Congress. A president cannot just go around and create laws for himself. Why have a Congress?
The order was issued by the White House earlier this week, with the stated goal of regulating the developing AI industry.
However, buried in the small print of Biden’s executive order is a provision requiring AI to aid in the advancement of the communist agenda.
According to Biden’s order, AI must be built on a foundation of “equity.” The Left’s “equity” agenda, not to be confused with “equality,” is founded in cultural Marxism.
Whereas “equality” holds that everyone, regardless of race or gender, should be treated similarly, “equity” holds that people should be treated differently depending on their skin color, “gender identity,” or mental state.
For example, under the “equity” worldview, a transgender person would be given advantages over a normal person, such as receiving a college scholarship or being awarded a job.

Equity of government-sanctioned racism.
The White House has declared that it will issue recommendations to landlords, government contractors, federal assistance programs, and others in order to reduce the likelihood of racial and other biases in AI use. But that’s not the real goal of the Democrats. The real goal is to attempt to censor AI so that it cannot tell you the truth which may or may not go against the plethora of lies that the Democrats have been pushing since the start of COVID.
The new legislation will also be enforced, and noncompliance will be faced with penalties.
According to the executive order’s White House fact sheet, there will be “training, technical assistance, and coordination between the Department of Justice and Federal civil rights offices on best practices for investigating and prosecuting civil rights violations related to AI.” I wonder if they did the same type of training when they got social media sites to censor conservative free speech.
The Biden administration intends to create “best practices on the use of AI in sentencing, parole, and probation, pretrial release and detention, risk assessments, surveillance, crime forecasting and predictive policing, and forensic analysis.” In other words, the way Democrats abuse the justice system already, AI will be subjected to do the same based on Democrat standards. The whole thing is a joke.
The implicit concern is that AI will be permitted to evaluate specific categories of data, such as criminal records and credit scores, resulting in unfair outcomes for particular populations. You get one guess as to which population the government’s victims will be.
If AI is used to accept mortgage applications, for example, a person who is “non-binary” and a racial minority is more likely to be approved, whereas a heterosexual white guy may struggle. The problem is there are already laws against discrimination against a non-binary person or a minority person applying for a mortgage. The goal here is to give priority to racial minorities and people who don’t know which gender they are while screwing over white people. Again, this will be government-sanctioned racism.
Other priorities are also included in the executive order.
It will necessitate the use of watermarks by AI firms in order for people to identify between AI-generated content (especially photographs and videos) and non-AI-generated content.
It also includes the government in the testing of AI safety. That means testing if the AI is censoring the correct type of information that the Democratic Party wants to be censored.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology will develop guidelines for testing the safety of future AI systems.
Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will form an “AI Safety and Security Board” to guarantee that key infrastructure sectors satisfy the required safety requirements. Remember when they tried to create the Disinformation Governance Board that was akin to 1984’s Ministry of Truth?
This move will set off alarm bells for online freedom activists, as it will literally turn us into an Orwellian state.
DHS sub-agencies have already used cybersecurity as an excuse to take the lead in filtering “disinformation” and creating guides for “deradicalizing” conservative Americans. It is incredibly insulting to have conservative Americans paying taxes so that a phony law enforcement department can be created to harass conservative Americans. Welcome to communism.
Back in September, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) hosted a “private” AI summit that included collaborations between politicians, Big Tech tyrants, and corporate CEOs.
About half of the people who attended were Democrats, the same people who used the power of government to get social media companies to censor the free speech of conservatives—really anyone to the right of Vladimir Lenin. And the other half are the Big Tech tyrants who went along with the fascist Democrats to censor the free speech of conservatives. So, what makes their current AI arguments any different? They want to censor AI now because the Democrats are terrified of AI letting all of their lies, misinformation, and disinformation get exposed.
Remember when Schumer had a complete meltdown after Tucker Carlson aired some of the J6 videos, claiming that Carlson cherry-picked video content to air on his Fox News show, to force a narrative? Then what the hell is Chuck Schumer doing now that he wants to censor free speech and AI? He wants social media and artificial intelligence companies to cherry-pick what can be said on their platforms and what responses AI gives. Anyone who tells you anything different is lying to you.
