A grand jury in Nevada indicted six Republicans on Wednesday for their alleged roles in an “alternate elector” plot that declared former President Donald Trump to have won the state in 2020.
A grand jury in Clark County’s Eighth Judicial District Court indicted:
Michael McDonald, the Nevada Republican Party Chairman, along with national committeeman Jim DeGraffenreid, Clark County Republican Party chair Jesse Law, and the state party vice chair Jim Hindle III, and Shawn Meehan and Eileen Rice.
Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford, a Democrat, said all six people were charged with two felonies: offering a false instrument for filing and uttering a forged instrument by submitting fraudulent documents to state and federal officials.
According to the Nevada Independent, the two felony accusations were category C and D crimes, with potential sentences of four and five years in jail, respectively.
“When the efforts to undermine faith in our democracy began after the 2020 election, I made it clear that I would do everything in my power to defend the institutions of our nation and our state,” Ford said in a prepared statement.

The people indicted on this acted to remedy what they believed was a stolen election. Democrats never want to discuss the plethora of irregularities that took place in nearly every state and were discovered during and after the 2020 election. Instead, they use what is known as the performative theory framework, which is counter to the objective truth model. The objective truth model is when you point to something that has already been demonstrated as true to make your argument, while the performative theory framework is when you make a declaratory statement with no objective evidence to support your declaration, and simply because of the declaration, you claim it is the truth. The declarative statement itself is offered as proof of truth. This doesn’t work in the real world. It is cold outside because the thermometer says 32 degrees is an objective truth statement because there is evidence to support the statement. There is no evidence that widespread election fraud took place during the 2020 election is a performative theory statement not based on empiricism because there is plenty of evidence that cheating happened.
Democrats used the performative truth model when they immediately declared that the 2020 election was the most pristine election we have ever had. Think about that. The first time we used mail-in ballots for all voters, they claimed that there were no problems reported; even though when using absentee ballots in past elections, there have always been problems. A single problem with mail-in ballots would render the statement false, and over a thousand eye-witness accounts demonstrate that mail-in ballots were abused by the vote counters in Democratic Party counties in multiple states.
The way they mailed mail-in ballots to everyone, whether they requested one or not, makes the whole thing suspect. Think about all the legislative hearings that were held where whistleblowers and data experts testified under penalty of perjury that cheating occurred. In many cases, a massive amount of election fraud was detected. Democrats never want to talk about these things.
The Democrats at all levels of government have been attempting to send the message that if you try to stop them from stealing an election by rigging the results in a myriad number of ways, then they will go after you. They want to get away with what they did in 2020, and they are abusing the powers of their office to do it, IMHO.
