Hundreds of pro-Hamas supporters are blocking a major freeway in Philadelphia, the I-76 at the Spring Garden St. Bridge.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, and I know what traffic is like on I-76, the Schuylkill Expressway, during rush hour. It’s a madhouse of vehicles.

Is this what America is in for now? It’s bad enough when activists illegally block traffic for any left-wing cause. Still, now we are seeing activists who support a terrorist group that, for decades, has fired rockets into Israeli neighborhoods. There have been over 100,000 rockets fired at Israel from Gaza since the October 7 attack and slaughter of at least 1,200 innocent Israelis. These pinheaded activists don’t even want to think about that. If terrorists from New Jersey spent years firing rockets over the Delaware River into Philadelphia, do you think the people from Philadelphia would put up with it? For how long? I can almost guarantee that the majority of these pro-terror activists are not even from Philadelphia.

What’s worse is that the Philadelphia Police Department is supporting this by protecting the terrorist-supporting activists blocking traffic. Blocking traffic is illegal. The police should be moving them to the side of the highway, and those who resist should be arrested and charged for the crimes they are committing. You can protest on a highway if you want, but you have to do it on the side of the road and not block access for innocent people who have places to go. People need to get to work and get home. What if someone was suffering from an emergency and had to get to a hospital, but they were stuck in traffic caused by people who thought Arab terrorist scum should be allowed to continue to attack innocent people?
