Today, I saw something that’s got my blood boiling. I’m sure you’ve all seen the latest circus act from our dear friends over at the mainstream media clown college. This time, the ringleader was none other than ABC’s George Stephanopoulos.
Now, ol’ George here fancies himself a hard-hitting journalist, a real truth-seeker, if you will. But when he sat down with Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace, he threw any semblance of objectivity right out the window with the most asinine question I’ve heard in a good while.
Stephanopoulos actually asked Mace, a survivor of rape, mind you, how she could possibly endorse Donald Trump given the allegations against him. I kid you not! Georgie said Trump was found liable, which indicates a civil court and not a criminal court, but the lefties at ABC are counting on the fact that most of their viewers won’t know the difference.
Let that sink in for a minute, folks. Here we have a supposed titan of the media elite, someone who’s positioned himself as a beacon of #MeToo righteousness, flat-out smearing an accomplished woman simply for backing the leader of her own party. It’s utterly shameless.
Here is the video of Stephanopoulos trying to shame Mace for being a woman and supporting Trump. I love how the congresswoman handled herself and called the little pipsqueak out for his hit piece attempt.
Stephanopoulos: "As a rape victim… how can you endorse Trump?"

Most people in America don’t believe E. Jean Carroll’s story. I’m sorry, but we are allowed to say that in America. Most people don’t believe it. It seems awfully funny that the state of New York created a law that violated the statute of limitations for sex crimes. And it was sunset so that the E. Jean Carrolls of the world could come out of the woodwork to attack Trump in time for the 2024 election. That’s what I believe happened, and I don’t care what anyone thinks.
There are many cases that would never make it through a criminal court but would be able to find a preponderance of evidence in a civil court (that means instead of a unanimous jury verdict, you only need 51%), especially when “evidence” doesn’t matter because it’s Donald Trump that any New York jury wants to hang.
But you know what really takes the cake? The overwhelming stench of hypocrisy oozing from this sanctimonious little twerp. Because before George was whitening his teeth for the ABC News TV cameras, he was nothing more than a party hack and Clinton apologist. An apologist for the many deeds of a serial sexual predator.
That’s right, this pond scum was Bill Clinton’s Communications Director and Senior Advisor back in the 90s. The same Bill Clinton with enough sexual assault allegations to put Harvey Weinstein to shame. George wasn’t exactly raising a moral objection back then, was he?
In fact, I’d wager he was too busy spinning those oh-so-troublesome “bimbo eruptions” to be bothered about empowering women or any of that progressive poppycock. Funny how his moral compass only seems to point in one direction these days, isn’t it?
Look, I get it—the Clintons are Democratic royalty. They get a free pass for just about anything in the eyes of the liberal media elites. But Donald Trump? Well, it’s open season for any bad faith attack the leftist brain trust can muster up.
It’s such a ridiculous double standard. Can you imagine the outcry if a conservative commentator had asked a similar question to a Democrat endorsing Biden? The screams of misogyny would be deafening. But when it’s the other way around, silence from the usual feminist finger waggers.
At the end of the day, this “gotcha” moment was nothing more than a cheap stunt by a liberal stooge still bitter that Hillary got skewered by the American people. Mace is an accomplished public servant who should be respected, not smeared for cheap political points.
This wasn’t the first time that ABC sent the little political hitman out to do their dirty work for them. I remember when, during a 2012 Republican primary debate, Stephanopoulos, as a moderator, asked Mitt Romney if a state had the authority to ban contraception. The clear answer is yes, and Stephanopoulos knew it, but his mission was to get Romney to say yes so that the media could fry him.
I hate Stephanopoulos even more for making me defend Mittens Romney, but when he asked the Republican frontrunner the question, Romney responded this way:
“George, this is an unusual topic that you’re raising. States have a right to ban contraception? I can’t imagine a state banning contraception. I can’t imagine the circumstances where a state would want to do so, and if I were a governor of a state or…”
But the damage was done. The next day, just about every left-wing rag in the country reported that Mitt Romney wanted to ban contraception.
I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Stephanopoulos and his merry band of media sophists have long since abandoned any hint of decency or objectivity. They’re all about peddling establishment narratives under the guise of “real journalism” these days. There was nothing real about it.
It’s all kakistocracy cloaked in television makeup, if you ask me. A few snide questions here, some glaring omissions of inconvenient facts there. All to maintain the illusion that they, and they alone, are the arbiters of truth in this country.
Well, let me let you in on a little secret, George: We’re not buying what you’re selling anymore. This latest stunt just reeks of desperation from a profession that’s crumbling under the weight of its own corruption and bias.
The American people are waking up. We see you, coastal elites, for the frauds you truly are. And we’re turning you off more and more each day in favor of outlets that actually value honesty over self-righteous partisan hackery.
So by all means, keep churning out this professional-level trolling in the name of “real journalism.” We see it for what it is—the last gasps of a dying corporate media masquerading as tough watchdogs—when in reality, you’re all just badly trained puppy mill rejects desperately yapping for scraps of relevance.
The day of reckoning is coming, Georgie boy. And when it does, no amount of fake indignation or weaponized scolding will save you and your fellow watchdogs from the accountability you’ve worked so hard to avoid. We’ll be watching. And more importantly, we’ll be laughing at you and your ilk.
