Pro-Hamas Palestinian Protesters Deface US War Memorial, Burn American Flag in New York City

Did you hear about a group of pro-Hamas protesters who decided to make a statement by wrapping a Palestinian flag over a US war memorial statue in New York City? Not just that, but they actually burned an American flag right there on the ground! Can you imagine the chutzpah?

Eyewitnesses posted a video on X, where you can clearly see one of the protesters waving the Palestinian flag and draping it over the 107th Infantry War Soldier Memorial near 67th Street and Fifth Avenue. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew is chanting “Free, free, Palestine” as the American flag goes up in flames.

But that’s not all. These “protesters” even went as far as defacing the statue’s base with graffiti that said “Gaza” and “Free Palestine.” Talk about making a statement, right?

Folks, this isn’t just another “I hate the Jews” crowd. These people hate America as well. They think of Israel as the little Satan, and America as the big Satan.

Now, this whole ordeal happened to coincide with the Met Gala, which is a massive event in NYC. So, the NYPD had already beefed up security around the Metropolitan Museum of Art, anticipating potential protests. And boy, were they right to do so!

Apart from the memorial incident, there were pro-Palestinian/Hamas protesters marching outside the Met Gala venue, some even removing police barricades along the way. Things got so heated that nearly two dozen protesters were arrested near Madison Avenue and East 83rd Street.

You can hear them shouting, “Long last, Intifada!” This is what you get when you have weak governments that allow things to go beyond a peaceful protest.

The crowd had initially gathered at Hunter College and then marched all the way up Fifth Avenue, causing major traffic disruptions until the cops finally stopped them at the East 79th Street Transverse in Central Park.

Police say that around two dozen agitators were arrested earlier in the evening near Madison Avenue and East 83rd St. as a huge group of protesters marched from Hunter College to the Met.

We spent national treasure and allowed our soldiers to die for about twenty years fighting the jihadis, and now here we are with them draping American flags over our memorials. It was all for nothing.

Remember, the Black Lives Matter Marxists toppled statues and defaced memorials too.

Protests are one thing, but burning US flags and defacing memorials? That’s bound to ruffle some feathers, for sure. But hey, that’s just my two cents.
