After the unconstitutional trial and verdict in the New York City Trump trial, Kash Patel wants lawmakers to declare open season on the perpetrators of the lawfare war Democrats are waging as the only way to defeat President Trump. But the Democrats are already the losers as Trump’s support is gaining ground and donations to his campaign reached $34.8 million dollars in less than 24 hours and it would have been even more except for the fact so many people tried to contribute that the site crashed.
Trump’s lawyers have hinted that they may sue Alvin Bragg for malicious prosecution. Patel is calling out lawmakers to open an investigation into the Merchan crime family and how they enriched themselves during the course of the trial. Between the indictment and the verdict Democrats paid Judge Merchan’s daughter Loren $18 million dollars, putting them in the same class as the Biden crime family.
Patel also wants lawmakers to investigate the ties between Alvin Bragg and the Biden White House. Simon and Theodore have not been implicated in the matter. Bragg had originally refused to indict Trump, but after a couple of meetings with Biden’s White House cronies brought forth an indictment for which there was no crime. Even after the guilty verdict no one has an idea of what Trump was found guilty of.
Trump’s lawyers wrote Friday, according to Fox News:
“In 2019, Ms. Merchan made public statements during a podcast regarding a conversation with Your Honor that reflect bias against President Trump from both speakers in that exchange. Consistent with that conversation, President Biden and Vice President Harris are long-term clients of Authentic and Ms. Merchan, along with many other politicians and entities who are actively campaigning and advocating against President Trump right now.”
“Authentic’s clients disbursed more than $18 million to the company between the return of the Indictment and the present. It is industry practice that Authentic would receive percentages based on funds raised and recipient engagement, and Ms. Merchan has had an ownership stake and leadership role in the company while this case is pending.”

According to the Authentic Campaigns Website, which Loren Merchan is the President of, the anti-Trump Brennan Center for Justice is a client of Loren Merchan.

Loren Merchan’s clients are now making money off of Loren’s father, and Loren is profiting off of her clients having seats inside the Trump Trial, because per her own website, Loren Merchan has increased the size of the Brennan Center’s newsletter by 204%!

This is arguably jury intimidation in the way that Judge Merchan is having his daughter’s clients, who worked for Obama-Biden’s DOJ, come into the court room to write disparaging articles about the jury, which suggest they can’t make a decision on their own.
As far as the classified document case brought against Trump by the ever corrupt Jack Smith, who has made a career out of these type of cases he may be looking at a major setback as Judge Aileen Cannon has become increasingly annoyed at Smith and his team for their unethical conduct. She has been outspoken about the fact that Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden have all done exactly what Trump is accused of, yet not one of them have been indicted. She said it gives the impression of selective prosecution.
