Embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been ordered to hand over all of her communications with Jack Smith and the illicit January 6 Committee, and she was only given five business days to do it. On Tuesday, a court found a default judgment against her after she refused to respond to an FOIA request. Willis is leading a RICO case against President Trump and a number of his associates. All products lawfare in the greatest tradition of communism.
The New York Times published an article claiming that the Georgia Supreme Court plans to out her case against Trump. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney is giving Willis five business days to produce the material. It is a testament to the belief that all of the various charges against Trump were merely lawfare aimed at keeping him from being elected, as all of the cases are now falling apart. Neither lawfare nor assassination attempts could prevent Trump’s landslide victory on November 5th.
Willis’ office claimed they had no communications and therefore could not release anything. But Fox News claimed that was not true and that there were communications that Willis was hiding. Willis’s lover Nathan Wade, under oath, admitted that Willis made plans to prosecute President Trump even before she took office. He also admitted to the fact that he had several meetings at the White House and with officials off-site.
Daily Wire reporter Luke Rosiak in October revealed Nathan Wade, Willis’ romantic partner, whom she hired as special prosecutor in the Trump case—had extensive communications with the Biden White House, according to records.
Wade billed the Fulton County office for hours of meetings with the White House, the congressional January 6 committee, and other D.C. officials, according to records obtained by the House Judiciary Committee.
VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNELOn November 18, 2022, he billed eight hours for “Interview with DC/White House,” but under oath, he claimed he didn’t remember the meeting and couldn’t even say whether it was online or in person. Between September 7 and September 9, 2022, Wade billed $6,000 to taxpayers for “Witness Interviews; conf call DC; team meeting,” but couldn’t remember what the D.C. meeting entailed.
A released transcript of an interview with Wade, which was compelled by subpoena, shows that Willis was preparing to prosecute Trump even before she took office. She put Wade on a “search committee” to find a prosecutor, which ultimately chose him for the job.
In addition to the accusation that her office was allegedly working with the White House and top Democrats, Willis has been marred by the hiring of Wade, her boyfriend, since the pair allegedly benefited financially from the arrangement.
Currently, it’s being worked through the courts to determine if Willis and her office can continue to prosecute the case. Wade has already been forced to resign from his position.
