The DNC, Chuck Schumer, and Hakeem Jeffries are suing President Trump for doing exactly what the Constitution demands: preventing non-citizens from voting. Only American citizens have the right to vote — that’s not up for debate. But the lawsuit is being filed in Washington, D.C., where activist judges routinely ignore the Constitution, and Chief Justice Roberts conveniently looks the other way. It’s a setup. In 2024 alone, Democrats handed out 2.1 million Social Security numbers, enabling illegal aliens to register to vote — illegally. This lawsuit isn’t about justice. It’s about rigging the system.

Antonio Gracias, a private equity titan and a key member of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team, explained:
“We went to Social Security to find fraud, and we stumbled on this by accident.”
“And this isn’t political, by the way. My parents are immigrants… My brother and sister all born in Spain. I’m pro-legal immigration. This is not political. This is about America and the future of America. And there are a lot of good people in the system that pointed this in this direction. I want to honor them right now. They’re working with the government today and took the risks to show us these numbers and tell us what’s going on.”
“We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. On every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, 5.5 million people in those benefit programs. And then what was really, really disturbing us was why. We’re asking ourselves why. And so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records, and we found people here registered to vote in this population.”
“We’ve referred them to prosecution at Homeland Security Investigations. That’s happening right now.”
The evidence, according to Musk and Gracias, is undeniable. By sampling voter registration records, they uncovered non-citizens who not only registered but voted in American elections.

Just three days following this stunning revelation, The Democrat Party, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, filed a lawsuit against President Trump to allow illegal aliens to (continue to) vote in US elections.
Of course, the lawsuit was filed in the US District Court in Washington DC – a sure win for Democrats no matter how crazy and lawless they are.
They want to open voting to the whole world!
The lawsuit against President Trump wasn’t just filed by Democrats — it was filed by none other than Marc Elias and his Elias Law Group. Elias is the go-to operative when the Left wants to rig the system through lawfare. He’s the same snake-in-the-grass lawyer who led the charge in 2020, suing battleground states to overturn their election laws using activist judges. But here’s the problem: Article I, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution clearly states that election laws are the sole responsibility of state legislatures — not courts, not bureaucrats, and certainly not Democrat attorneys with a political agenda. Once again, they’re trying to rewrite the rules, bypass the Constitution, and steal power through the back door.

Lawyers warned some of Trump’s demands in the order, including a proof-of-citizenship requirement for voter registration and new ballot deadline rules, may violate the U.S. Constitution, according to The Associated Press.
“We believe that this Executive Order is the farthest-reaching executive action taken in the history of the republic to Secure our Elections,” Trump said in a Truth Social post on March 25, the day he signed it, during an ambassador meeting in the Cabinet Room of the White House.
The order also asserts power that legal experts say the president doesn’t have over an independent agency. That agency, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, sets voluntary voting system guidelines and maintains the federal voter registration form, the AP reports.
