Here’s something you didn’t think you’d ever hear. Hillary Clinton says she’d nominate Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Let all pause for a moment here. The woman who spent years calling Trump a criminal, a lunatic, and a threat to democracy now says he might be the savior of Europe. You can’t say that out loud. But she just did.
She said it on the podcast “Raging Moderates” with Jessica Tarlov, who happens to be my non-favorite on Fox News’ The Fox. This happened right as Trump and Vladimir Putin were meeting in Alaska. Trump. Putin. Alaska. Stop and picture that.
Here’s Hillary’s exact line:
“Honestly, if he could bring about the end to this terrible war, where Putin is the aggressor, invading a neighbor country, trying to change the borders — if he could end it without putting Ukraine in a position where it had to concede its territory to the aggressor, had to, in a way, validate Putin’s vision of greater Russia, but instead could really stand up to Putin, something we haven’t seen, but maybe this is the opportunity,” Clinton said.
Wait. So the guy who was supposedly Putin’s puppet is now the one standing up to Putin? Interesting.

“To make it clear that there must be a ceasefire. There will be no exchange of territory. And that, over a period of time, Putin should be actually withdrawing from the territory he’s seized in order to demonstrate his good-faith efforts, let us say, not to threaten European security,” she continued. “If we could pull that off, if President Trump were the architect of that, I’d nominate him for a Nobel Peace Prize, because my goal here is to not allow capitulation to Putin, aided and abetted by the United States. I think that’s a terrible, terrible precedent.”
Think about that sentence. Hillary Clinton, who spent years calling Trump a Kremlin agent, is now fantasizing about nominating him for a Nobel Peace Prize. This is real, folks.
I think someone is working hard to save her ass from going to prison.
And then she added this little gem:
“I’m dreaming that for whatever combination of reasons, including the elusive Nobel Peace Prize, President Trump may actually stand up to Putin on behalf of not just Ukraine and its democracy and its very brave people, but frankly, on behalf of our own security and interests.”
Translation: Please, Donald. Save us. Save Europe. Save the world.
So Hillary’s new hope for democracy isn’t NATO. It isn’t the State Department. It isn’t Joe Biden. No. It’s Trump’s ego. Imagine being Hillary and having to say that out loud.
Meanwhile, President Zelensky is still demanding a total Russian withdrawal, including every inch Moscow stole. And Hillary knows that too. She doesn’t care. She’s trying to avoid having to move to an island somewhere in Arctic waters where there is no extradition treaty.

And here’s where it gets hilarious. Remember the “lock her up” chants in 2016? The rallies? The crowds? Trump sure does. When asked about Hillary’s new comments, he told Fox’s Bret Baier it was “very nice” of her to say and added, “I may have to start liking her again.”
To that, I say, “Lock her up!” The minute Trump is out of power, Hillary will start spreading the same lies about him she has been spreading since the first time Trump let her off the hook. LOCK HER UP!
But Hillary tried to hedge, of course. On Friday, Clinton reminded Trump that he’s meeting Putin while standing on a U.S. military base, the same one “that has to send up fighter planes to watch and fend off Russian bombers that routinely harass our military assets, do overflights, engage in provocative behavior in the skies above Alaska.”
In other words: Sure, he might win a Nobel, but don’t forget Putin is bad. Bold analysis. Very deep. #eyeroll
When Trump and Putin met and were walking down the tarmac to a stage, the Commander-in-Chief arranged for a B-2 bomber to make a flyby at that exact moment, an unmistakable reminder to Putin of the same aircraft that took out Iran’s nuclear facilities, making it seem as easy as a routine flight.

Hillary then finished with this warning:
“I hope he’s reminded of that,” she continued. “He is not meeting with a friend. He is meeting with an adversary, and an adversary who hopes to play him. And the best thing that could come out of this, frankly, is probably nothing, nothing agreed to, except a real strengthening of President Trump’s understanding that Putin is not someone you can make a deal with an expect it to last.”
So Hillary Clinton’s big ruling from the throne is this: Trump could never make a deal with Putin. But if somehow he does, and it actually works, well then, sure, hand him the Nobel Peace Prize. Yes, the same Hillary who couldn’t negotiate her way out of a Chipotle line is now the judge of world diplomacy.
That’s where we’ve landed. The self-crowned Russia Hoax Queen, the woman who spent years screeching about Trump being Putin’s puppet, is suddenly cheering him on to outmaneuver Putin. And get this — she’s dangling the Nobel like a participation trophy. You almost have to admire the desperation.
