In a fiery Senate confirmation hearing, Pam Bondi, a seasoned attorney and former Florida Attorney General, demonstrated her unshakable poise and legal expertise under relentless questioning from the slimy Senator Adam Schiff (for brains). The session, intended to assess her qualifications for the key role of Attorney General in the Department of Justice (DOJ), quickly devolved into a platform for Schiff’s political theatrics.
Schiff, known for his partisan grandstanding, lying, and intimidation tactics, attempted to corner Bondi with hypotheticals and insinuations, focusing on issues unrelated to her qualifications. However, Bondi maintained her composure, refusing to play along with Schiff’s game. Her measured responses highlighted her dedication to upholding the law and avoiding partisan politics.
Supreme Court and Presidential Immunity
Schiff began by referencing the Supreme Court’s decision in Trump vs. United States, claiming the ruling gave the president “absolute immunity” in certain areas, claiming the Supreme Court gave Trump the right to commit crimes. His dramatic language, calling the decision “breathtakingly dangerous,” set the tone for his confrontational approach. Bondi, however, remained focused on her commitment to the rule of law, sidestepping Schiff’s attempts to provoke her into making politically charged statements.
As an aside, the SCOTUS ruling did not give a president the right to commit crimes. Schiff has to know this, but he has to play to his ignorant Democratic base.
Bondi emphasized that if confirmed as attorney general, her role would be to follow the law and base all decisions on facts and evidence—not political pressure or media narratives. Her stance underscored her integrity and commitment to fairness.
Schiff’s Obsession with Trump
The hearing took a partisan turn as Schiff repeatedly pressed Bondi about President Trump, asking whether she would investigate political figures like the sick and demented Special Counsel Jack Smith and Liz Cheney—a line of questioning clearly aimed at scoring political points. Bondi responded professionally, explaining that any investigation would require a factual basis and adherence to legal standards, not the whims of politicians or public opinion. In other words, the exact opposite of how Merrick Garland has behaved over the last four years under Mr. Potato Head Biden.

Schiff’s Hypocrisy on Pardons
Schiff’s fixation on hypothetical scenarios continued as he grilled Bondi on presidential pardons, particularly those involving January 6 participants. He accused Bondi of being unwilling to oppose the president on pardons. Bondi calmly explained that she would review each case individually and provide advice based on the law, not political bias.
The irony of Schiff’s questions was not lost on observers, as his own track record has often been criticized for prioritizing political expediency over fairness. Bondi’s responses highlighted her commitment to due process, in stark contrast to Schiff’s partisan approach.
It took a lot of chutzpah for Schiff to even bring up pardons since he has been speculated for receiving on from the Potato Head in the Oval Office for crimes he has committed over the years due to succumbing to his TDS Level 7 affliction.
Schiff’s Desperation Over January 6
Perhaps the most revealing moment came when Schiff demanded that Bondi commit to preserving evidence related to the January 6 investigation. His insistence on this point, despite Bondi’s repeated assurances that she would follow the law and consult with ethical officials, showcased his penchant for turning hearings into political spectacles. Bondi’s calm demeanor and focus on legal principles underscored her qualifications and ability to rise above Schiff’s antics.

A Stark Contrast in Leadership
The hearing highlighted the stark contrast between Pam Bondi’s professionalism and Adam Schiff’s partisan theatrics. Bondi’s refusal to engage in political games and her steadfast commitment to the rule of law demonstrated why she is so well-suited for the role of attorney general. Schiff, on the other hand, appeared more interested in scoring political points than conducting a fair and meaningful hearing. He is a freshman in the Senate, and it appears he just auditioned to be what he was in the House for his Democratic masters—the Senate political hitman without a sense of human dignity.
Pam Bondi’s performance reminded the American people of what true leadership looks like—principled, composed, and focused on justice. Meanwhile, Adam Schiff’s questioning reminded us of the hyperpartisan behavior that has eroded trust in government institutions. As the confirmation process continues, Bondi’s strong legal acumen and unwavering dedication to fairness will undoubtedly speak louder than Schiff’s political theatrics.
