The media has yet to ask US Secretary of State Antony Blinken why the government, including USAID, is breaking federal law by refusing to comply with SIGAR, the Afghanistan war monitor. While they’re at it, they could also ask what they’re keeping hidden.
Or where all the bundles of hundred dollar dollars are coming from at Kabul Airport. But you know the misinformation fake news media isn’t going to ask Blinken a tough question as they have already chosen sides and they side with the Democrats.
But this was just another chance for Blinken to spew useless jargon and self-serving nonsense.
“As we look ahead to 2023, we will continue to use all of our diplomatic tools to drive these priorities, and many others – including maintaining our commitment to the people of Afghanistan, particularly those who supported the U.S. mission there over 20 years, as well as to stand up for the rights of women and girls,” Secretary of State Blinken told reporters.
Hundreds of millions of dollars thrown at the Taliban has simply taught the Jihadis that they can beat women with impunity and rule with ruthless abandon.
“The decision that we just heard come from the Taliban on denying opportunities for women to go to universities, girls to go to school – I think what you’ve already heard is a course of condemnation from around the world, and not only from us but from countries – virtually every continent, including Muslim countries, which, I think is, in and of itself, important and powerful. What they’ve done is to try to sentence Afghan women and girls to a dark future without opportunity. And the bottom line is that no country is going to be able to succeed, much less thrive, if it denies half its population the opportunity to contribute. And to be clear – and we are engaged with other countries on this right now – there are going to be costs if this is not reversed, if this is not changed,” Blinken blathered.

About to miss the second deadline, when reminded of it, he must have just told the moron Mark Milley to just get the military out of there without a single care about the American civilians and the Afghanis who would be murdered for working with the Americans.
I think the condemnations carry about as much weight with the Taliban as news that the vaccines did not work did with Biden. They are terrorists. They don’t care about condemnations.
“I’ll also say this: we ended America’s longest war. For the first time in 20 years, Americans will not be coming home from Afghanistan in a body bag or grievously injured,” according to Blinken.
How many of the over one thousand Americans they left behind will be coming home in a body bag? How about the 13 military members who came home in a body bag because Milley and Blinken handed over security at Kabul Airport to the freaking Taliban?
Blinken said that “When it comes to Russia’s war against Ukraine, if we were still in Afghanistan, it would have, I think, made much more complicated the support that we’ve been able to give and that others have been able to give Ukraine to resist and push back against the Russian aggression.”
What a disgraceful thing to say. Putin didn’t invade Ukraine until 6 months after the Biden administration screwed up the Afghanistan withdrawal. It’s like Blinken was just trying to throw in the word Ukraine in his statement because the Biden administration thinks that they are hallowed Saints for sending billions upon billions of US taxpayer dollars over to Ukraine, a country that we have no national strategic interest in.
In other words, the Biden administration has admitted that it does not have the ability to handle more than one incident at a time. If you think the other bad actors in the world didn’t get that, then think again. They’re not as stupid as Joe Biden.
And think about this. Joe Biden’s complete and total screw up in the withdrawal from Afghanistan told the world’s bad actors, including Vladimir Putin, that he is an idiot and that the America is being run by idiots and that our armed forces are being run by morons at the top. That could be the ultimate reason why Putin believed he would be able to get away with invading Ukraine at this particular time. I don’t think there’s a person in the world including Trump haters, who would say that Putin would have done such a thing under a president Donald Trump.
To say that we had to surrender to the Taliban terrorists in order to help Ukraine is a complete and total disgrace and it embarrasses The United States and every American. And I’m talking about the citizens and not the millions upon millions of illegal aliens that this administration has allowed to roam free in our country to wreak havoc.
”It doesn’t take away from our enduring commitment to stand up for the rights of women and girls, and more broadly for the rights of people in Afghanistan.” Blinken added. And then he walked away and completely forgot about them until the next time he has to give a speech.
