Former President Donald Trump took a prominent role in the civil fraud case against him in New York, arriving late for a press conference, staring down cameras once inside the courtroom, and then delivering another press conference when the court took a break after opening arguments.
Trump made a statement just prior to entering the courtroom.

The former president made more statements during the break.
“This is a disgraceful situation,” he remarked during a break. “Murders are going on as you stand here. They’re wasting everybody’s time for many months with this case where banks got paid a fortune, loan money got paid back. Didn’t even need that [loan] money. We built a great company, and we have to go through this.”
He said that an appeals court verdict in June sided with him, dismissing “80 percent of the case.”

The ruling said that the New York Attorney General has grounds to sue President Trump, but that the lawsuit was restricted to transactions performed after February 6, 2016, and claims accrued after July 13, 2014. Ivanka Trump was discharged as a defendant following this ruling since she left the Trump Organization in 2016.
Fake News is already either trying to debunk this claim or is arguing Trump got away with crimes because the statute of limitations ran out. Only for Trump do charges mean you’re guilty. Fake News reporters are as dumb as a box of hair.
READ the RULING:
President Trump’s legal team has contended in filings that the appeal court’s statute of limitations essentially dismisses Ms. James’s complaint. Ms. James contended that the fraud for which she was suing was evidenced in filings made within the statute of limitations.

“It was limited, and 80 percent of the case was won by us in the appellate division,” President Trump told reporters during the break, after consulting with his legal counsel. “He’s [the judge] got attempt for his own court system … he refuses to even talk about it.”
After three years of inquiry, the New York attorney general sued President Trump last September, seeking $250 million in penalties and barring him and his adult sons, who hold executive roles in the Trump Organization, from holding executive business positions in New York state. In August, she asked the court for a summary judgment on one of seven claims, alleging that President Trump had exaggerated his net worth by between $812 million and $2.2 billion over the years.
In his preliminary summary decision last week, the judge went a step further, revoking President Trump’s company certificates and ordering the dissolution of the Trump Organization and its subsidiary LLCs, placing the fate of his flagship properties in jeopardy while the case is being resolved in court.
The judge expects the case to run until late December. President Trump cited an article in The Sun in which Florida experts criticized Judge Engoron’s use of county assessor data as a substitute for value.
Earlier in court, Judge Engoron stated that he was quoting county assessor statistics, not personally assessing Mar-a-Lago at $18 million and that his conclusion of fraud was based on President Trump’s failure to account for property easements.
According to John Pickett III, president of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, real estate professionals “very rarely” consider county estimates since they are far from “the pulse of the market.”
According to Eli Beracha, director of the School of Real Estate at Florida International University, county appraisal data is utilized for tax assessment and is “not the right approach” to judging value.
He went on to say that it was “not the job of the county appraiser to assess value.”
Other brokers had similar sentiments.
According to President Trump, the “winter White House” resort-turned-club is worth at least $1 billion. Dan Bongino, former Secret Service agent, police officer, and now radio and podcast host, who lives in Florida and knows the real estate market there, said on his radio show last week that Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate is worth at least $700 million based on the land itself not taking other things into consideration that would increase the value.
According to the article, the judge’s use of county appraisal data demonstrates a “misunderstanding” of how real estate works.
“He didn’t misunderstand it, this is a rigged court,” Trump said. “He ruled, and we didn’t even get a chance to testify.”
“I hope my lawyers go in and I hope they fight him very hard,” he stated.
Trump had not attended another civil case against him earlier this year in New York, and he had never talked to the press inside a courthouse during any of his previous arraignments.
The Marxists are getting bold. They are now charging him with crimes that aren’t even crimes and charging him with crimes that they know the statute of limitations ran out, just to get the story of him being charged with crimes in the media. The entire thing is to harm his presidential run.
I hope when Trump is back in the White House; he is able to do something to rein in the Marxist judges, prosecutors, and heads of law enforcement out. They are destroying our country and are now going after a former president who has done nothing wrong.
When asked why he came to his trial on the first day, he replied, “Because I want to watch this witch hunt myself. I’ve been on their witch hunt for years, but this is now really getting dirty.”
